So I'm going to sound negative.
You have no experience and no budget. You need to find money and experience first.
Do you know anything about coffee? See if you can land an internship with a company doing something in this space. (Make sure they don't make you sign a non-compete or NDA that would specifically prohibit you from entering this space)
Work at a high end or specialty coffee shop. Look for some small business resources that will teach you what's involved.
I would even try working out your recipe and offering different varieties at farmers markets until you get it right. Have a few varieties and give people 20% off if they try it and fill out a comment card. A cardboard ballot box keeps it anonymous for honest feedback.
Canning can be expensive. You can rent a commercial kitchen by the hour to make your product, but you will still need to either have another company can it for you, or invest in expensive packaging solutions.
This company uses a different approach for packaging. It's likely much cheaper than canning. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07CZ37V8N
