How much: too much. $1,700 total including taxes.

I personally really like it, and the looks were part of the purchase decision. If don’t care about looks or noise, get something else like the Concept. If you do care about the looks and noise, I do suggest the Waterrower. It fits into any living space nicely design wise and the sound with the water is much more pleasant than other rowing machines.

I believe that is correct. WaterRower reserves a few models to be exclusive to some channels. For example, the “performance ergometer” that includes SmartRow but no S4 nor A1 can be found here in America:
