Fiamma is cool but super spendy. If it gets windy you are out $1500.
We bought some adjustable tent poles and a sun shade, less than $100 total. It clips onto our roof rack with normal carabiners. If its rainy we can switch out the sunshade for a normal tarp.
Here ya go: Weanas Adjustable Tarp Poles
This is my first time using them but I love em so far. I wanted to have shade over the tent without getting another canopy

Sure, I posted a close up view in my original comment. It's hard to see but I wrapped a couple layers of electrical tape around the rails underneath where the hose clamps are mounted. The clamps really do put down a lot of force when tightened.
And yeah, it sucks that there don't seem to be many/any affordable tarps that come with poles. Before discovering my parents had some old ones I could use, I spent a long time searching for some online. I was leaning towards these since they don't seem too skimpy and are adjustable height, but they cost more than the tarp! These are cheaper, but pretty narrow and not adjustable. (Mine aren't adjustable either, but free is free!). I hope you find something that works!
