I’ve dealt with this. You want a commercial touch screen desktop mounting stand. These will get your screen edge flush with your desk. They’re also very strong and won’t move once positioned, unless you apply a fair amount of force. I found mine on Walmart for under $20, but here’s an example on Amazon: WEARSON Adjustable LCD Monitor Stand Mount Folding VESA Monitor Desk Stand with VESA Hole 75x75mm 100x100mm (Black) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071RMD3M3/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_651J6TH0K4FH8M36PT2A?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
While we wait for the OP.. i used this to achieve a similar result.
Wearson Adjustable LCD Monitor Stand 10-27 inch Mount Folding VESA Monitor Desk Stand with VESA Hole 75x75mm 100x100mm (Black) https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B071RMD3M3/ref=cm_sw_r_apanp_uNnGA1HzLwUjC
The key is getting an IPS panel, since all your viewing is off angle. I wouldnt game on that screen. (For a bunch of reasons not the least of which being i cant afford having more than one 'primary' screen. )
You can get generic stands like this https://www.amazon.com/Wearson-Adjustable-Monitor-Folding-100x100mm/dp/B071RMD3M3 that'll attach to the VESA mounting holes on the back of many monitors (used businessy ones are a good bet for cheap).
What about something like this since it has VESA mounts on the back?
I use a VESA quick release on them so I can snap them onto or off of adjustable monitor arms.

I'm not sure if this is allowed, but it's this stand.
