Some furniture movers like these. Screw an appropriate sized piece of thick plywood to them and you have a cheap dolly for attachments. Made two now ourselves for the loaders bucket and our tiller.
Additive for the diesel fuel because we live in Minnesota.
And a set of assorted hitch pins off of Amazon because some of the circular ones that came with our tractor and attachments really sucked ass.
Yes I just got mine today and got it delivered. The shipping company for us ArcBest was pretty unprofessional. I called prior to see if they could help move it to my back area (it's really down 2 steps and and maybe about 40-50' to that area, but they refused even after me pleading with them.
They put away the wood pallet jack to drop it off and also refused to use it to help me put it in the garage. Luckily I purchased 2 dollies prior somewhat anticipating potential issues and they did help put it on the dollies and move it to the garage. However, I asked them to take the extra wood pallet afterwards, but also refused.
It was honestly a bit confusing to me. I hope Sole can actually figure out a more professional and helpful freight shipment company. Luckily with the extra dollies me and 2 other people I know were able to push it up out of the garage into the back area and into my home where it will need to be constructed. Definitely recommend you time it perfectly and get some people to help you out. As others have noted, it is heavy!
The Assembly Authority reached out to me to let me know that one of their technicians would be reaching out to me today. I haven't heard from them yet though. Hoping sometime this week I'll hear from them. I got the technician's phone # but haven't heard any response.
It does sound like the Assembly Authority will help you move it (if needed). I might try to assemble it myself if I don't at least hear from them by the end of the week and request a refund.
Since Sole outsources the shipment and construction to other companies it makes the entire shipment process a bit disjointed and really leaves a bad overall experience. Perhaps I'm alone on this and hopefully this is a one time thing. I'm guessing most people won't have the same logistics issues as me. I live in a city, so these kind of things are generally a bit more challenging.
You'd probably have an easier time mounting the chair to this: https://www.amazon.com/721830-libras-capacidad-pulgadas-paquete/dp/B07DB3XB21
I of course for legal reasons must state that unless you are planning on joining the jackass crew on MTV, I would not recommend this, especially if you live near the grand canyon.
