i picked up one of these when i got my thrustmaster, and it's perfect. solid, pretty heavy, and when you're done the whole thing folds up to about 18"x30"x18" with no detaching of any of the components. the pedal bar thing is no good, but i don't find my pedals sliding around with nothing holding them down. would definitely recommend.
Buy a wheelstand pro and fold it up when not in use. It becomes a giant, portable controller. https://www.amazon.com/Wheelstand-Pro-compatible-Wheel-Stand/dp/B004AYM96A
I'm from Canada too. I shop on Amazon.ca instead and use Prime (Free Delivery). You can get on amazon.ca a wheel stand below $200 CAD as well. Just look for Prime and you will get free delivery: Here is one example
I used to have this one for my G29 wheel.
I can thoroughly recommend wheelstandpro, they have specific models for Logitech / Thrustmaster / Fanatec (the fanatec clubsport pedals kit and clubsport shifter RGS specific kits can be ordered from them directly if you email them)
Delivery from Poland to Australia in under 4 days, fantastic email support.

This is their Thrustmaster wheelstand + RGS for the TH8A on amazon.
The RGS is optional - but if you decide on the TH8A or Fanatec shifter later - you'll need them to sit lower than steering wheel height.
Seems weirdly expensive, mine was only about £40, same model. Probably a sale. I know it says Logitech, but these stands are compatible with just about everything.
