Book suggestion for anyone interested Who Has What?: All About Girls' Bodies and Boys' Bodies
It doesn’t discuss how babies are made, but similarities and differences between male and female bodies.
We just got Who Has What: all about girls’ bodies and boys’ bodies.
It’s got all body parts, including ovaries and restocked.
This was a good purchase for us that goes over all the proper names for things in a very accessable way.

I highly recommend this book. My son (6) has it and it’s a great, kid-friendly guide to bodies and their purposes without getting into sex (if that is your concern).

Women have a hole where poop comes out, a hole where pee comes out, and a hole where babies come out. Pretty simple. Definitely not worth lying over.
However, I would also encourage you to get a more comprehensive, age-appropriate book for him as well - Who Has What is a good place to start. Doesn't even go into how babies are made, just basic anatomy. When you're ready for something more in-depth, try It's Not the Stork.
Came here to say this! Definitely time for a good age-appropriate book. I recommend Who Has What (which is limited to discussion of anatomy) or It's Not the Stork (which also goes into some detail about reproduction).
Hey guys I found the published science https://www.amazon.com/Who-Has-What-About-Bodies/dp/0763629316

You've gotten some great advice here. Just wanted to add a couple book recommendations, if it would be easier for you to have a conversation like this in the context of reading an age-appropriate book -- Who Has What or The Bare Naked Book are good to introduce the names of different parts, and Your Body Belongs to You might help you discuss the idea that you don't have to accept any touches you don't like (not just private parts, but more broadly).
EDIT: Just came across this great list of "Talking With Young Children About Their Bodies" books - http://www.amightygirl.com/blog?p=11069
