Nietzsche is good but hard work. (This is nice and condensed) The guy is a maniac egotist but prophetic. In fact the whole series of Penguin Great Ideas is, er, great if you want that kind of big ideas stuff. I'm sure there's plenty of 'most life changing books of all time' threads on Reddit come to think of it. There are so many incredible books it's difficult to know where to start. Maybe you should just go The Game, get yourself laid.
