Those wires are the Wifi antennas. The other end will usually just loop around the perimeter of the case or sometimes connect to a copper strip to get reception. You can pull them straight up from the card to remove them, they use a little "snap-like" connector.
In order to have good wifi connection on the new case, you'll need to either get an antenna bracket like this, or remove those cables and route them inside the new case in a similar way. Results of using the original cables may not be great because a PC case is basically a faraday cage, the metal frame will block signal.
well .. it's a prebuilt from Cyberpower .. they have models on their units .. same as OEM's like Dell and HP have model numbers attached to their setups ..
..but .. in device manager, it should say the model of Realtek adapter ..
Ultimately, you can get yourself these for better connectivity:

You'd just get something like this: https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B08XNBN7TT/
That would mount a pair of antennas into an expansion slot, and then you just connect those cables to the card where you removed the ones from the original case.
It’s here on Amazon. It’s $15. I think that is the same price I paid as well. Good luck !! WiFi Antenna 8dBi RP-SMA Male... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08XNBN7TT?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
You need to get a wifi antenna like this https://www.amazon.com/Antenna-RP-SMA-Extension-Computer-Bracket/dp/B08XNBN7TT

If it does not, then get this:
Okay, yeah that makes sense now.
So you either want to get antennas from old case and make them work in new.
Or buy new antennas. Something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Antenna-RP-SMA-Extension-Computer-Bracket/dp/B08XNBN7TT
Your motherboard has an M.2 Key E slot for WiFi cards.
The best WiFi card on the market is the Intel AX200 series including the AX210, AX200, and AX201.
These are the only WiFi cards that support WiFi 6.
All 3 have the same performance otherwise.
You can use an antenna kit like this to install the M.2 Key E module:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08XNBN7TT
Or a full kit with an AX210 like this:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08PNMJYRW
You can use a USB adapter like this to install a WiFi USB dongle internally:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06Y5C7DKH
But:
Intel AX200 is a great WiFi card .. you can do a web search for "Best M.2 WiFi cards 2021" or similar ..
You'll also need and antenna with whatever card you decide on getting .. something like this:
