Or you can drop another $20 and get something like this that’s literally open the bag, throw out, and be done.

Ontario Canada. No public washrooms. Most of our jobs are rural.
My boss sets up one of these: https://www.amazon.ca/WolfWise-Pop-up-Shower-Tent-Green/dp/B01AT3T0GC/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=bathroom+camping&qid=1595381976&sr=8-3
With a chemical toilet. Its not great, but it sure beats shitting in the bush or forcing the women in our crew to squat.
Add an secondary diesel water heater, auxiliary water tank 20-50 gal :

portable shower stall:
some assembly and mechanical ability required, will require tooling and other hardware to deliver the shower water outside of the cab. If you like a hot shower then you'll need at least +10 gal to preheat the water in the line. You could also do a redundant heater if you have the space for extra heat or pressure, 10A for each heater required during warmup. Get a baffled water tank if possible.
We had a shower tent, and a 5 volt shower pump. They worked pretty well.
it gets better with very little money.
I have the exact same setup with this shower tent.
I have AC too but we're in CO and there are basically no electric sites here. But it's low humidity and cool at night so it's mostly unused.
I haven't tried the hose extension because we haven't had tent room.
This is our porta potty tent. Works fine but can be finicky to collapse to put away

We always use RV toilet paper so it dissolves and makes dumping the potty easier.

I know this wasn't in your list of items, but since you mentioned you're fairly bare bones and car camping, a personal shower stall and a camp toilet. Its less about glamping and more about convieience. I love having mine right there when I'm just hanging out, drinking a few beers, reading my book, and not having to hike to the restroom (or nearby tree but that's not always an option depending on the crowd and/or time of day).
I havent camped much either but I do like bushcrafting. If it helps you could still do it and clean up in a kind of mobile shower stall. This thing: WolfWise Pop-up Shower Tent https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01AT3T0GC/ref=cm_sw_r_awdo_navT_a_54JVCWN6WRB5MAZRYTRG It would be kind of rough for sure but it’s possible. If you needed to clean down there it may be possible to make do with a bucket of water and a sponge. If anyone asks what the bucket is for you can just say showering and catching rain water.
At least ibuprofen is easy enough to carry and as for the heating pad you can use a product called hot hands. Its a handwarmer that’s like a compact heating pad and doesn’t require electricity. It works for 12 hours just make sure to keep some fabric between it and your skin otherwise it could possibly burn but that only happened to me once in all the years ive been using them. Also dont open the inner white packet. They definitely get hot enough to help a lot with cramps though.
If you need a good source of clean water theres lots of videos on YouTube that can tell you how to sterilize water. The main thing is to boil it. There are some bacteria that are immune to this or that way of cleaning water with tablets or chlorine but none survive a roiling boil for about a minute. Just make sure you get your water from a river or stream some kind of water that is mobile. Theres lots of nasty things that live in stagnant water.
I don’t know if you already have the equipment but id be glad to help you make an affordable kit if you like. To put your mind at ease maybe try to play out the scenario in your mind like you are already there and you get your period then what? Thinking through a scenario like that has really helped me plan for trips as well as my hobbies. Just if you can try to at least get a stainless steel single wall water bottle and a couple washcloths. Those two right there are multiple use in so many different ways. It might help to watch dave Canterburry’s 10 Cs equipment video. One last thing I wanted to say is make sure to carry two compasses with you. One is good but 2 creates a system of backups in case one breaks.
If you do decide to go I hope you have a fun safe trip. If not well no one can hardly blame you for not wanting to rough it while dealing with your period.
Pop-up shower shelters are much easier. Folds into a ring like windshield sun protector. https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B01AT3T0GC/
I'm going on Dash #10 or 11, having done at least one a year since 2009 and sometimes two since Ohio was hosting multiple events. I like them, they're fun, and it has gotten to the point where my non-running friends will join me for this race just because of the environment. It's a 5k* where you're not gonna kill yourself on any obstacle and where you're not forced to run, run, RUN. Plus the afterparty is kinda cool too.
As greenVneck said below, it's more of a social event and I don't mean that in a bad way. Trails and obstacles tend to bottleneck (which tends to happen at most obstacle runs in general) so you end up talking to people along the way, something you typically don't do in your 5ks/10ks/etc.
They had a shower area that was sponsored last year when I did my Dash in Pocono. Hopefully they continue that, since it's definitely a better option than jumping back into a pond to get clean. I think this year we're doing 5 gallon solar showers and buying a shower tent. A group had one last year and they said it's the first thing they pack when they're heading out for a Warrior Dash, Spartan Race, or a Mudder. It's still sitting in my Amazon cart from last year. I probably should buy it sometime before my next Dash in August. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01AT3T0GC/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Edit: bonus points for me. I turn mid 40s in 40 days.
