there's a cold gear thread stickied, I think, that has great recs for anything from gloves to socks so definitely check that out as well.
30-50's such a wide range! I find at 50F I can still run in short sleeves and longer capris though I do wish I had a more lightweight long sleeve shirt? its just one of those holes in my running wardrobe I never got around to filling.
once I get below 50 and am in the 40s I like Under Armor long sleeve cold gear for shirts which are a little thin though still good quality.
below the 40s and I like baleaf's long sleeve cold gear shirt which is a lot thicker. I also have a baleaf half zip I like a lot for the low 30s down to 20s - that I layer on top of the baleaf shirt.
leggings are nothing special, I find I don't really need thermal tights as long as the skin's covered. I like Ododos on amazon.
I also like gloves though nothing fancy. my hands overheat pretty easily and then my wrist/backs of my hands start itching and tingling so something to just break the wind is fine. also no recs here, I just amazon "womens winter running gloves" and go by top rated.
I have a billed ear flap hat that I love - keeps the sun out of my face on nice days, the rain on worse days, and the ear flaps keep my ears warm. I have this one - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07WMZ3H3T/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 but looks like they updated it since I bought it, mine doesn't have those dope buttons for masks. nice addition.
