I think it's just a reprint. That being said, I keep looking at the two and the one with Samus on the art seems to be a different hue.

Pretty sure Nintendo wanted people to buy their World of Nintendo toys if they wanted figures, but the only one I have that doesn't feel like a cheap toy is the six inch Metroid. Now granted that thing just feels awesome to hold in your hand, but the rest of WoN has some snags, like inconsistent paint jobs, characters that can't stand up without some kind of support, and the good ones are even harder to find than some amiibo.

I picked one up on Amazon for $30 bucks. It's so great. The plastic is soft, it's really well done. Also, /u/sgt_dashie here's a link to pick one up on Amazon for $25

It's bigger and It's also squishy. I think it's a different material though.

the very first zero suit samus figure released in 2004. produced by the company yujin and only sold in japan, it's one of the rarest/most expensive things i obtained. nearly impossible to find in the states (where im at). there's been a lot of speculation if it's officially licensed or not as there's no nintendo logo. seeing as it's the first figure ever, i don't much care. little more info here if you're curious.
cell art and official soundtracks for prime and fusion. the cell art was released with purchase of the games in limited quantities (15,000 and 6,000 for prime and fusion respectively). the soundtracks are cds i haven't opened, the authenticity of the super metroid one is questionable. the only official super metroid cd im aware of is super metroid: sound in action only released in japan. this looks like a ukraine copy(?) with the same cover art. never seen it before and i can't find info of it online. the prime/fusion one is 100% authentic.
okay so the bobble head doesn't really have a space of its own and thats why i keep it by the metroids lol im considering moving it to the bottom, rightmost shelf with the prime rarities. the bobble head is a hand painted, metal figure depicting samus aran and released in 2002. as for my metroids, there's a world of nintendo six-inch figure, a 2.5" world of nintendo metroid, a slightly larger metroid from the samus returns collectors box, a samus and metroids pack from world of nintendo, and a morph ball stress ball cause why not? the 2.5" had two variants released. a translucent lime colored one and a more clear emerald one. the emerald ones are in the pack with the samus figure.
beneath the hat is this cool, think geek super metroid shirt and display type thing. it looks like a super metroid cart and has a cool shirt inside. i like it. beside the puzzles is a sold out, gamestop exclusive ultra violet metroid. i have a black light in my room that makes it light up.
first officially licensed samus aran figure by nintendo power. costs a grip nowadays and i went through hella trouble getting a sealed one. the back opens up like a comic book, it's awesome. behind it are other smaller metroid figures. that i will link here. i have the 3 pack of the 2.5 inch samus' and the a 4.5" figure of each prime suit (varia, gravity, phazon, gold)
