I have RSI and Carpal Tunnel and i use copper compression sleeves for longer periods of gaming, people say they dont work but for me its made it 20000x easier to play games for longer periods of time, im sure they do elbow ones for Cubital also.

I got this recently. I wear it while crocheting but not for very long as it's pretty constricting, but at least it's not bulky at all. I also wear it while resting and it definitely helps with the pain in general.
