I read one day something in the order of: "Your goal as a sales-person or marketeer is to remove the buyer the fear of the act of buying".

Since Real-estate entails a big amount of money and the start of a new project/dream you should focus on not the features but the benefits the proporties have but what it will bring to the potential customers. That's what they call "Radio WIFM"; the customer always thinks "What's in it for me". That's how you should profile your ads, texts, posts, twitters etc..

I would say for Real-estate some benefits are; safe neighbourhood, ROI investment, calm, child-safe, close to schools, green parks etc...

You can find all these info and tactics in the best book I have read on copywriting. It's from a an English guy called Andy Maslen; "Write to sell."

Honestly this is the best 16 bucks you can invest (second hand price). It's full full fun of nuggets from Strat to finish AND exercises.

Even if it is traditional real estate they are still truths that stood the test of time.

Other than that I would use maybe the biggest market-player as an example

and sell your company/services as being more novel, smaller and thus not inclined to be the best at everything; You guys are just focussing on being the best of your niche..

Anyway;
Hope it helps
