Whoops my bad, I ment Hickmans current x run. But I'm dying for that vol 5 aswell! https://www.amazon.com/dp/1302929984/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_3JQYXYRAS7E1M2KV6P9R
To follow the core arc of the Hickman run, you should read:
If you're interested in continuing beyond that, try Gerry Duggan's X-Men, X Lives and X Deaths of Wolverine, Immortal X-Men, and X-Men: Red.
As others have said, this is the right book to start with for Hickman's X-Men comics.
Just so you know though, while HoX / PoX (the book you have) is a straightforward story that kicks off the current X-Men "era", Hickman mostly oversaw the whole narrative rather than writing everything.
He wrote the main X-Men book for a while (along with several "one-shots") that is collected here. However, these were mostly singular stories that established various plots for the whole Krakoa thing that were picked up in other comics.
Separate of that omnibus, all the current "Krakoa era" X-Men comics are put together in collections titled Dawn of X (16 volumes) and then Reign of X (8 volumes so far). These trade paperbacks collect all the titles mostly in the order they were released. So as you read through them, you may jump from one story to another in a way that is narratively confusing.
My suggestion would be - if you really just want to read the Hickman written stuff, start with this book - get the X-Men omnibus I linked (or the individual TPBs) and then read "Inferno".
