Carlinkit CarPlay adapter. This is wired, the brand has a wireless version of the same thing for $65. Be sure to get the same brand and also the one for aftermarket headunit and not for factory carplay

It was pretty expensive, the price ranges from unit because there are so many brands but I chose this due to the reviews. Not disappointed at all, there are pros and cons but the pros outweighed the cons in the end.
Pros
It comes equipped with an equalizer and it really makes a difference if you have stock speakers, I adjusted it and have been getting decent sound off the stocks.
Plenty of apps you can download off the play store.
Memory storage so you can plug in a USB cable and transfer music, videos and pictures to the unit. Or just play it directly from the USB. Videos play perfectly with no issue.
OBD2 bluetooth compatible so you can scan your own car for fault codes, check real time information and track your vehicles data. (I have one and love this feature only like $8-13 bucks sold seperate)
Backup camera compatible although I do not have one installed, the quality would then depend on which camera you buy for the unit.
Bluetooth compatible, audio and calls with a built in mic.
Built in GPS and antenna for the radio.
Most important, built in AC controls which fit perfect with the cars esthethic and work just as well if not better than the original AC controls.
Lots of car launchers to choose from to change the visuals of your main menu.
I think it's compatible with dongle and apple carplay (not sure dont use either)
You can adjust or program your steering wheel buttons to work with the unit.
Cons =
No built in GPS map app so you will have to download offline maps since using google maps with a mobile hotspot is suuuuuper slow. I downloaded offline maps but I honestly have not tried it since. I just use it on my phone since it's way faster.
Screen is way too sensitive, mine has scratches all over after the first week or so. It may be best to put a tempered glass on the unit first to avoid these annoying hairline scratches.
Mirrorlink is cool, you can mirror your phone onto the unit but there's like a 1 second delay so that's annoying especially when you try to mirror a video. Games lag so much when mirroring so that was also kind of lame.
One day I took a roadtrip to Los Angeles from San Diego and then back, by the time I was almost home my unit was kind of hot and my MP3 files weren't showing any info when playing such as name, time etc. I had to turn off the unit and back on for it to show info again.
Your car battey will be drained (depending how good it is) if you have the unit on for a long time while the engine is off.
Again Google maps is slow on hotspot, all other apps work perfectly with hotspot and prety fast.
Everytime you adjust the AC your screen will swap to the AC control page which is kind of annoying especially if you are playing videos. Same with lowering and raising the volume, if you have the screen blackrf out (but still on) and you adjust the volume the screen turns on and needs to be turned off again by the push off a button.
Built in antenna is kind of cheap and the range isn't the best so it may be a bit staticky in certain areas.
Pros outweigh the cons on these, I would deff recommend over any other double din touch unit. Especially since it comes with the AC controls. Fits perfectly and honestly makes your car look newer. I did not instally myself I had a shop do it for me but there's so many install videos on youtube if you're a handy guy you can probably do it yourself.
Here is the link.
Keep in mind this is only for 2003-2007 Honda Accords although Xtrons does make ones for other cars and universal ones as well
