Brilliant! Thank you - I'd never heard of this product, but it seems like something that would help a ton. If you've used it, does it work well for you? Can you still drink water, or does that dissolve it faster?
And this is the one, yes?

So sorry to hear that. Dry mouth is so uncomfortable. I've had luck with Xylitol lozenge products like XyliMelts for Dry Mouth, Mint-Free, 80-Count Boxes https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001A42R1A/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_Zml.vb52AE7K7 They keep your mouth moist without damaging your teeth with sugar.
If the dry mouth continues you may want to talk with your dentist. He or she may have a product that will help or can at least help you work to prevent damage to your teeth and gums.
Hey there I’m so sorry your going through this and your in pain. But your not alone.
I’m hoping maybe I can shine some light that may help I’m 32 f with JRA since I was 13, I also have Psoriatic arthritis, Rhumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, lupus Sjorgrens and slew of other autoimmune “collectible pins” I call them lol I wish I could call them Pokémon but it’s not fun lol I personally take: methotrexate, pláquenil, pilocarpine I also take dicloflenac and I just resumed infusions on a monthly basis of symphony aria and bimonthly rituximab infusion It took months like over 6months for me and felt like forever for any medication to start to work except my infusions those I felt a difference Instantly
The Rhum also has me on the pilocarpine 3xs a day but some days it doesn’t feel like it dose anything others it dose. I personally have to have blood work every month and my eyes checked every 3-9 months because of the Plaquanil but there are other things that may be helpful I can recomend a few things Iv found helped me with the Sjogrens: Act dry mouth lozenges or the gum: for dry mouth For eyes: sustain gel drops or complete the gold and white packaging has been the most helpful for my extrema dry eye, they also have a night time ointment gel like that can help before bed, and a moisture heat eye mask also super helpful for me.
