Everyone says you're supposed to leave the plastic on the front. I also left the plastic on the back. That one, you peel off and it is glued to stay in place. They look totally different depending on the bra, too.

I got a set of these on Amazon they don't have a great deal of bounce, but I ha e yet to glue them down so that may have some to do with it.

Silicone breast forms... my wife has always called them that. I stopped needing them after about a year... I used c cup size, then after some growth, I dropped to B cup size to fill out my bras, then donated both pair to other trans girls when I stopped needing them altogether...

If you use Amazon, you can find pretty damn cheap breast forms of all variety. Due to the cheap cost, they're obviously not as high quality or custom made as some of what you can buy on specialty sites but since they're only needed for family visits/events, something cheap that serves the purpose would probably work, yea?

Now that I'm 10 months HRT, I'm between A and B cup on my own and I bought B cup sized forms to wear now. And I don't wear them all the time. I also will wear sports bras or tanks with built in shelf bra.

I'm pre-everything but my plan is to keep the breast forms and bras I have now until it's too much to fit, then get smaller forms and hopefully be able to go without any forms.
