To have less of a hassle, shove 3 of these bad boys into a water bottle and have it brew while you do half of your workout. When you need more of a boost intraworkout, drink it up. Unless you want the cordyceps for immunity (a great idea anyway), some 8G of CM (L-Citrulline DL-Malate 1:1) and 5G of BA (beta alanine) wires me up better than the mushroom, which is dirt cheap with bulk powders on amazon.
