Depending on the size you need, you could always get wooden hexagons off of amazon. Alternatively, you could also just use staggered squares (so odd rows are offset by 50% from even rows) - it doesn't look as pretty, but if you are only concerned with a quick prototype it does in a pinch. Buy a hex map from an rpg store (there are dry erase ones, but they also make cheap paper rolls too) and make sure your components are squares that can fit inside when rotated.
Then there is prototyping with cardstock and a fiskar's hexagon paper punch or finding a maker lab in your area that would let you use a laser cutter to make the tiles. (Buy some gluesticks and glue 2-5 together to make a thicker/rigid tile.)
In the end, it depends on how standard your hex sizes are and how polished you need the end product to look. Good luck finding something that works with you.
