They have zinc creams on Amazon, like this one . I have used it several times, unfortunately it’s just wayyyy too dark for my skin, and when I put it on at night, it ended up ruining all of my pillowcases and getting everywhere. It does have a lot of good reviews though, it’s probably worth a shot if the things I mentioned don’t bother you.
EDIT: this product is 4% zinc, by the way.
I have the same issue and I've found a tinted zinc oxide ointment covers all the red, prevents the area from getting oily and shiny, and reduces black heads and pimples. Here's the one I use: Margarite Zinc Cream -- 1 oz https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0001TQ5MW/ref=cm_sw_r_other_awd_dFjbwbTF3MMAA
Thanks! Do you use this zinc ream by any chance & if not, which one? https://www.amazon.com/Margarite-Zinc-Cream-1-oz/dp/B0001TQ5MW/ref=asc_df_B0001TQ5MW/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=309750225098&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=6723226395327776816&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9031217&hvtargid=pla-560788492939&psc=1
I've been trying that Silver Biotics Solution - Colloidal Silver Gel & so far, not seeing any improvement.
Also used manuka honey gel for a good 2.5 yrs pretty consistently & it seemed to work at first, but them seemed like the body got immuned to it & no longer works.
OK, here goes.
First noticed some "regular" looking warts at the base of the penis and a flat one on the scrotum. Freezing worked.
Freezing didn't last long on the flat one. It came back and brought friends. They were so small freezing was impractical so I tried supplements, heat (hot water), AHCC and probably a few others but nothing.
I started doing serious research into warts an found NIH and PubMed. You can create a Google search and put NIH or Pubmed at the end. Sometimes you only get the abstract but others it includes the entire study.
I found a study on planar wart being cleared with Zinc Sulfate. While planars aren't genital, they're both fairly flat. Considering how the skin on the foot is much thicker I figured the scrotum being thinner and softer it might work.
I started doing research on topical Zinc Sulfate and found quite a mix of products. There's also some studies that used zinc oxide. Zinc Oxide isn't a skin irritant like Zinc Sulfate. I use it when things get too irritated.
10% ZS on planar -https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/17768472/
15% on regular

So I found options in the US. 40% Zinc Oxide,
Butt Paste Bordeaux brand

20% ZS Kirkman brand

10% ZS Margarite brand (

Yeah, I know it's Amazon. You can get it a lot cheaper elsewhere.
I experimented and found Kirkman works best for me. I rub it in well after my morning shower and at night before bed.
I used Margarite but from one study it's 3x daily and I don't want to deal with it. It's also tinted so it makes a mess in undergarments.
You do not want to push the envelope. Zinc Sulfate is a skin irritant. If you start hurting, cut back to either the 10% or butt paste. Butt paste is best. It's used for babies diaper rash.
I also take 50mg Zinc gluconate 2x daily.
Again ZINC SULFATE IS A SKIN IRRITANT. DO NOT PUSH THE ENVELOPE.
