OP, if you have a roach problem, consider getting these gentrol insect discs; they work to destroy the reproductive cycle of roaches. It takes awhile to work but it makes roaches have smaller and smaller babies until they eventually die out. It's a must have if you have a roach problem!

They are fungus gnats, and they're damn near impossible to get rid of. They like to breed deep in your drains, flower pots, trash cans, behind stove, basically anything organic.

First, nuke every single drain with draino and get rid of all indoor plants.

Buy this stuff and hit your drains every single night before bed. 99% will be gone pretty quick, but you might have to do it for months to win the war.

Get some of these and wrap them around plastic cups so that the sticky part extends above the lip. You may need to put a rubber band around them as well to keep them on, despite the stickiness. Then, fill it with apple cider vinegar. You'll have them caught all over it in no time, but again you'll have to keep them going for potentially months.
