There have been several different reprints of the series.

The first two were incomplete. The first, by Eclipse, reprinted the first 5 issues. The second, by Kitchen Sink, were three volumes, but they went out of business before finishing the series off (one more volume to go). More recently, issues 11-36 were reprinted in one volume. Those issues were published in black and white as is this book.

So... to get them all, you can buy the first volume of the Kitchen Sink book and then the black and white book.

Got it as mandatory reading for a college class believe it or not. Best "text book" ever.
