If it was USB - its likely just a 5V DC cable.
You need to measure the outer diameter of the hole to determine the size needed.
I'd get a 2-3 amp PSU to be safe in regards to needed current. Dont want to under shoot it.
Edit: this should do it: Amazon Link
I’ve got an A&E toy that has a plug like that. I’m pretty sure this would work. Would this one work? Thanks for all your help!
Something like this would get you there. You want a wall wart that puts out 5V at an amp or more. This one has different sized plugs so you can find the one that fits best.

It seems to be different I have a newer one but it isn’t the same and I looked around an only found the same one, it could be a type of a dc cable. Like these:https: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01ALGGK2O/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_NMC5YY53ZM0C5SC9A70M
