Got 180 bucks?
Also are you using a phone mount?
Ok thank you for pointing me in the right direction. I do have an ASI ZWO ASI120MC planetary camera. I’ve added the link below. ASI ZWO120MC-S 1.2 Megapixel
>The ZWO camera retails for $1280
A ZWO 120MC (or MM for mono) is fairly cheap at $209. Its works well, I'll link tonight's Jupiter images I got with this camera. I have the color version.
Hi,
yes the camera seems to have the fitting adapter (31.75mm) so you can put it in your barlow on your telescope.
BUT for planetary imaging (stacking) you want to have a camera with a high frame rate because you want to get as many pictures in a short time as you can. Someone in amazon ratings for the camera you suggested said he only gets 10 pictures per second which is really low... You can not record Jupiter for more than 3 minutes because of Jupiters rotation. In that case you would only get about 1800 pictures, thats basically nothing but would work to some degree.
If you plan on saving up a little more for a much more suited camera, I would suggest you to go with the ASI120MC-S. (168USD on Amazon)
