They never released those skins separately. The only way to get her skin and drakkon’s evo 2 skin currently is to upgrade to the digital collectors edition. Or buy the game again in this edition (comes with pre order tommy skin too) lol.

Collectors Edition has Season 1 DLC. Super Edition is $10 more and includes Season 1+2+3 and the Street Fighter DLC.
Season 4 DLC is a separate purchase with either one.

Any controller you're comfortable with will work. Especially a console controller. I almost exclusively play fighting games. When i was using a pad it was similar to this.
Personally i use an arcade stick but that's just cause it's how i learned to play fighting games.
