I don't have any links, but I DO have personal advice from both trial and error, and from what I have gathered from the wonderful people here.
The biggest piece of advice I can give you is get some Chlorhexidine medicated wipes (here is the Amazon link) - it's affordable, and is an absolute GODSEND for your bullie. You'll want to use this stuff on her face wrinkles and if she starts getting little bumps/sores between her toes, there too. Bullies face wrinkles tend to get irritated, so keeping them dry and clean will make her so much more comfortable. Also, bullies are a STUBBORN breed by nature, so don't be discouraged if potty training/behavioral training proves harder than normal - this is completely normal for a bullie, but my lord are they worth it. Bullies also are not a very active breed, so try to avoid playing too long with her (ESPECIALLY outside in the summer - poor things overheat very easily); if she starts breathing really heavily (you'll know the difference between regular panting and THIS kind of heavy breathing), you know you have reached her limit and should avoid playing that long in the future.
Lastly: I too am a first time bulldog owner, however I couldn't imagine ever owning another breed; Winnie has been the best dog I have ever owned or met, she loves hard and sleeps harder. Bulldogs are absolutely wonderful dogs, make for amazing family pets, but beware of the farts - they are deadly.
If your bullie baby is having little sores inbetween his toes and he keeps licking at them, try this: first, get some Chlorhexidine wipes - not only are these things an absolute GODSEND for his face wrinkles, but they also help with those sores. Next, get some fish oil and put it in his food - if he's like my Winnie, he will go nuts for it. These two things not only helped her seasonal alopecia (her bald spot on her side isn't fully "healed", but it's dramatically improved since we started), but she stopped licking her paws and she has fully healed from the sores.
Looks like the Schwinn trailler I used to have.
I replied to another user that was having issues with allergies in the bullie, so I will just shamelessly copy/paste what I told them and put it here:
first, get some Chlorhexidine wipes - not only are these things an absolute GODSEND for his face wrinkles, but they also help with those sores (inbetween the toes, if Bear has those).
This, of course, is on top of the other phenomenal pieces of advice you got here already :D
She cannot get enough of it. I don't understand the appeal, but it's a great way to tire her out. Got it on Amazon:
I like to give a beef marrow bone once a week which I freeze ahead of time to kill any possible parasites. The chewing is great for teeth but too much marrow can cause pancreatitis.
Also I give about 1/8 tsp Starwest Botanicals sea kelp twice daily mixed in my dogs food. This is great for teeth. https://www.amazon.com/Starwest-Botanicals-Organic-Powder-Pound/dp/B004XIS14M?ref_=d6k_applink_bb_marketplace
My spouse is a sucker for dog hats, I’m not sure where we got this one. Possibly Target? It has adjustable elastic chin strap but we’ve never left it on him for long.
Here is something similar although I’m not sure on sizing.
Buffalo Plaid Hat https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00X7ZRY86/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_6Q19FCPFA370G6J7SNX6
He is so handsome! I'm not at all surprised when you talk about ear cropping. Most backyard breeders just do it themselves, it's an incredibly cruel and unnecessary practice. Have you had a vet look at them?
I would like to point you to post over at r/reactivedogs about the fear/aggression issues. I believe a factor may be he isn't getting the physical and mental stimulation he needs. I suggest getting a front hook harness like this one. It works like magic with my 65 lb. pittie who has the same loving and extroverted. I would also suggest keeping bully sticks and extreme kongs on hand, they're great distractions when your dog is starting to get upset. I would also suggest 1 hr. of training time and/or doggy puzzles, which helps with anxiety and energy level. Also, minimum of two walks a day.
Consider hiring a dog walker and also a dog behaviorist (make sure they do not use negative reinforcement like shock collars, squirt bottles, newspapers or "alpha dominance" theory).
Sounds like allergies or fungal infection, talk to your vet.
I use a antiseptic antifungal with baby wipes in all my bully's nooks and crannies (nose, tail, between the toes, and vag folds) and we don't have any issues. Usually every other day or so. When we have had issues in the past I've used diaper rash cream. While messy, it really works.
Does he have a tail pocket? (If his tail hasn't been docked, he probably has a tail pocket.) It's absolutely imperative to keep that cleaned--we use these every time ours potties, and then dry out the pocket.
Are you also cleaning his face wrinkles daily, and making sure they're dry? And their ears! I sometimes feel like I spend more money and time grooming my dog than myself!
It's one of these beds that I bought off Amazon. I had originally gotten this one for our 8 lb Japanese chin because she likes to sleep surrounded by something to lean against. Titan so desperately wanted to fit himself into it that he would fall asleep sitting up inside it. After seeing him do that for a day, I had to get one that was sized up for him. He loves this bed more than any of the others in the house. I got a cheapo crate cushion to go in the bottom and it's perfect.
Mixing it up and going to new places with new smells might help. I’m sure you’ve checked but making sure her collar or harness aren’t pinching her anywhere and nails are trimmed to allow proper foot placement - just in case something is bothering her and causing her to stop. If walks really aren’t her thing, you could think of other options for exercise like chasing and playing with a basketball or soccer ball (most Bullies I’ve known really love pushing balls around). Or this from Amazon https://www.amazon.com/Jolly-Pets-12-Inch-Egg-Red/dp/B003TAWW9A/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1508369651&sr=8-2&keywords=Egge. Hiding treats around the yard and asking her to find them. Puzzles for dogs like the one you put treats in but they have to push it around to get the treats to fall out. Many bullies prefer to sit and observe the world over physical exertion. Try to think of creative ways for her to get some activity in each day. How far are you asking her to walk? They can’t go as fast or as far as most other breeds, so around the block at her age is good for now. I got so use to strolling with my girl that my every day walking speed became ridiculously slow and my friends would always comment on it! Do you have any friends or family living close by. I guarantee if you give them some treats to give to her when she visits during a walk, she will remember and want to visit them again. Good luck! She’s totally adorable.
Thanks! And we've gone through several. Harnesses and this one is hands down the best. VERY fast and easy to put on and take off, very solid yet soft and padded, and everything is adjustable. Got it on Amazon.

This is what your bulldog needs . My bulldog is absolutely obsessed and it is damn near indestructible . Bulldogs seem to love oversized balls for some reason .
Our little guy has sensitive joints that we're trying to preserve so we got him a little ramp for the couch and these steps for the bed. We tried another ramp that was wooden rated for 100lbs and could fold, but it broke immediately under his 65lb weight. These have been great and are lightweight to move around if you want them out of the way
Definitely get a slow-feed bowl. It helps. Without it, my little meatball would Hoover his dinner in about two seconds. This is the one I use for him. It is a brand called Outward Hound and you can find it in several different styles.
Looks like allergies to me. Is she itchy?Allergies can cause folliculitis which will cause the hair to fall out. This cycle is also likely the cause of the hyperpigmentation you see under the bald spots.
This happens to my pup. You can tell them you have a friend with a bulldog who suggested a good shampoo for this issue Douxo S3 CALM
Why don’t you volunteer to take little dudette out for a quick walk now and then? Just avoid grass, that could be one of her allergy triggers.
If you're still interested, it's currently cheapest on Amazon. It's not a cheap stroller, but it's a solid 2-n-1 wagon that Lola loves!
Yes it did, actually! We’re feeding Winnie the fish and rice formula, which has worked wonders for her.
Our bully has a form of IBD and needs to be on a b-12 supplement. He used to get injections, but we recently switch to a chewable supplement, Cobalequin.
If it’s flank alopecia (pronounced “aloe—peesha”), it’s purely cosmetic and you have zero reason to worry. My Winnie had the exact same thing happen to her, turns out switching her to this dog food worked wonders for her; it’s the fish oil in the food that helped, with the added bonus of helping her with other allergy-related issues, like interdigital cysts. Admittedly, we eventually put her on Fluoxetine, but that was more for her eye allergies; I cannot recommend that food enough.
But yeah, I’d still check with your vet to make 100% sure it’s just flank alopecia, and if it is, your baby is still perfectly fine.
Isn't that just the cutest little pup!!! Can't wait to see pics as it grows.
Them wrinkles are going to need attention though. I'd suggest getting acquainted with these medicated wipes.
hi suvidina i saw you are interested in the bulldog let's be honest your best friend is bulldog so show them how much you care with this shirt . https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BJ56VH4Q?customId=B0752XJYNL&th=1
You might want to talk to your vet about allergies. Bullies are low to the ground, and this time of year, all the allergens are just sitting on the ground.
But for dry skin, we like these for our Frenchie. We tried going without them and we noticed a significant drying-out of his skin, so they should help.
https://www.chewy.com/zesty-paws-salmon-bites-salmon/dp/151828
Yep, unfortunately our bully is going through this for the first time right now. Actually just took our girl into the vet today for them. She has environmental allergies, and this summer they have been extra bad. Doc told us it was folliculitis, caused by her allergies. Got her on some mild antibiotics to get the bacteria under control, a medicated shampoo this one and they gave her an anti-itch medication via injection. Got a follow up appointment for next week and might do Apoquel then if she is not showing improvement. They also suggested a fish oil supplement to help soothe her skin but I chose not to pick it up cause it was expensive. Clearly that was a good move because they charged me 55 bucks for the shampoo that you can get on Chewy for 36. It smells really yummy though and my pup was so soft after! Vet said the active ingredient in this it’s better than the Clorhexidine shampoo we use on her regularly since these sores are more “dry” and clorhexidine is better for “wet” sores. Hope your pup feels better soon. 💕 Oh, before we got into the vet we were using a spray on Bactine with lidocaine on them - that seemed to help a bit and knowing now what the doc said it makes a lot of sense. So in a pinch, that’s a good OTC choice.
There is this bowl I got on Amazon slows them way down. Nothing special just a lid with a whole I clean every other day and fill daily.

I got mine to drink out of one of these:
https://www.chewy.com/lixit-top-fill-dog-water-bottle-44-oz/dp/131603
I attached it to his crate and he started drinking a lot more. I also believe that it allows them to drink a lot easier because they don’t have to lean their head down to drink. I still leave out his bowl but he prefers the bottle.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08SBN3JWL/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

we got him that one, quality and fit are good. Our bulldog is only 8 months and only 45 lbs but we got the large
I can’t see it very well, but we bought this one and it’s great. Folds up really flat and holds a bully and a chihuahua. Very lightweight. Also lots of room for water bowls and poop bags and stuff.
Our guy is only 6, but has nasty ears. We twist paper towels to make a "tip," then wipe them out, then squirt some of this on a cotton ball and massage it into his ears. We also use MalAKet wipes if we're being lazy and want to streamline the cleaning process.
He doesn't enjoy it, but he hasn't (knock on wood) had an ear infection in 2 years, and his ears are tater city. He also gets lots of treats--when we started, he would get a little piece of string cheese every time we touched his ears, (after the paper towel, after we used the cotton ball) but now he just gets his night snack when he's all done.
I hope you and your baby find a method that works for you.

This is the one I bought but there are many similar products avaliable. Here is my 4/5 review as well that I wrote for these guys.
"The stairs are solid enough for my 80lb bulldog to get up and down from the bed which is great! The only downside is the non slip pads for each step are made of a loose felt material that falls apart and doesn't do a great job of stopping my guys feet from sliding around. Buy these stairs and then put your own friction tape or carpet pads on them."
This dog food literally cured my Winnie's alopecia; the vet said it was seasonal, but she wasn't growing any fur back (if anything, it was getting worse). They recommended that dog food, and it has been an absolute blessing. Cannot recommend enough.
for the paws, get yourself some wipes, found here—they are a miracle cure for the interdigital sores my Winnie had, and they’re gentle enough to clean out your bullies face wrinkles to boot.
We use the Pawz balloons as they are easier to put on and they have a way harder time getting them off! https://www.amazon.ca/Boots-Disposable-Reusable-Waterproof-Pawz/dp/B01662YDAS/ref=asc_df_B01662YDAS/?tag=googlemobshop-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=292962318417&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=14164619354067806314&hvpone=&hvptwo=&...
I would say, one of the biggest things to do is get some chlorhexidine wipes for your pup: these wipes are literal miracle wipes for bullies. The chemical itself is very gentle, so you can use it to wipe out your pup's face wrinkles - this stuff is especially helpful when s/he gets older, and may start showing signs of allergies and/or irritation in the wrinkles. Getting those wipes early (and getting your bullie used to them early) will save you a lot of headache down the road. Also, if your bullie ever develops "interdigit sores/cysts" (I don't have the exact medical term in front of me, but you'll know them when you see them) between the toes, these wipes will also help with relieving your bullie's discomfort, and make them go away with time. These sores will look almost cyst-like, and your bullie will probably lick at their paws a lot, which will give you an early heads up that they may start appearing.
I cannot recommend these wipes enough, seriously; they aren't expensive, and they will make your fur baby's life so much more comfortable.
The quality is so much better than I was expecting. Use their sizing recommendations and you’re all set. Even the custom nameplates was nice than I was expecting.

it was a few things... his food was ok because we had him on salmon and brown rice anyways but we had to stop giving cheese cause dairy allergy and stop some treats we where doing as well.
he also had a bunch of environmental allergies and now cant use the dog park in the neighborhood because he is allergic to the type of grass.
we are in FL so the wrinkle paste helps keep his pockets healthy cause the extra humidity and help with any other fungal infection that might get between his toes and in the rolls.
when his feet get bad we give him a epsom salt bath or a medicated bath with This stuff it helps with the scabs that show up when allergies are bad for whole body but mostly just his feet now we have the food allergies under control
Our 1.5 year old male is insane on the leash, so we got him a no jump harness and it works really well. He isn’t pulling like a sled dog and the leash can slip down between his front legs allowing us to slow him down from below.

Curious where you live in the world? I don't know anyone that free feeds their dogs here in the US. Most dogs I know would gorge themselves to sickness!
I put one of these in my bully's food bowl. Forces her to eat slower.
Starmark puzzle ball. You can fit an entire meal of food in its little chambers. Bulldogs in general should not really be "open feed" dogs - they are prone to GI issues and should be fed 2x daily. (My Frenchie is prone to gastritis, so we have to feed him 4x daily!)
I would say you should look for a treat puzzle or feeding toy of some form - make her work for her food. It forces her to slow down. (Something like this - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001JQLNB4/ref=twister_B07YLCYMLS )
We’ve been getting our bullie Purina Pro Plan for almost a year now per our vets recommendation (she was having inter-digit sores, raw face wrinkles, and flank alopecia), and this food I swear cured her. It’s expensive yeah, but for her? I’ll move mountains if I have to.
My bulldog use to suffer from this from time to time. Tried multiple different things to resolve it but the only thing that worked was Nu-Stock. https://www.chewy.com/nu-stock-pierces-all-purpose-horse/dp/264595 I applied it for less than two weeks where she had the hair loss and it resolved. It no longer happens but I still have this for backup helps for so many other things too I hope this helps!
I have this one and I'm really happy with it.
My girl is only 50 lbs and can just barely turn around in it. Any bigger and she'd need the XL/Excursion size.

Yup, a combo chlorhexidine + ketoconazole does wonders.
Diaper rash cream is stinky but it clears up any breakthrough irritation fast. But my bullies have zero irritation or redness as long as I keep up with daily wipes.
I mix chlorhexidine with water in a jar then I put those cotton disk in the jar too. I do that 3x a week and Squishface Wrinkle Paste ( Amazon) on the opposite days that I don’t use the chlorhexidine. I clean his face every evening.
Given enough unsupervised time with any toy, a bulldog will absolutely destroy it. I've found that rotating toys around helps slow them down. Right now a neat combo we are trying out is the Jughead Yak cheese holder. My bigger meatball spends more time trying to nibble and lick the yak cheese than chomping on the rubber.

I try to get my baby groomed once a month, any longer and her nails become an issue. I've thought about getting a hammock (similar to this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09MZ26H5L/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_i_24ZSAEYM5494Z865H4WA?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1), but not sure what I'd attach it to.
I've never attempted nail trimmings on my own, so still wary if it. Especially since she gets anxiety for every grooming visit.
Michigan weather doesn't help much as her walks exponentially decrease as the weather gets cost and snowy.
I love this trimmer! Our English bulldog has weapons too. This does help.

This one is mine (and my dogs') favourite. Read the reviews on it, they're all accurate. My dog could sit and be brushed for hours with it.
I have a shar pei with a very short, prickly coat and this has helped with her shedding a lot. She usually hates to be brushed but she loves the feeling of this one. Mine is a PetBoi. Before I leave the link this one works for me. If my dog were healthier and marginally less an asshole I would not have bought it despite the quality. It ranks almost at the bottom for portability which if lily weren’t a cannibal, would be a far larger issue.

My girl went through a long spell where she would only go like 2 weeks without a cyst then another one would pop up. We did cytopoint and antibiotics and Epsom baths and all those typical first line things but it was a constant struggle till we went to a dermatologist ($$$, but worth it imo). We ended up doing this at the direction of the derm:
It sounds like a lot of work and tbh it was a bit intense and expensive at first but now we are smooth sailing. We do a weekly foot bath, wipes when I remember to do it, and allergy vaccines, and she's totally cyst and ear infection free.
The first piece of advice I always give people is: Go to the Vet. Seriously. Do it. Just because someone else on the internet says "Oh that looks like XYZ..." doesn't mean it is. After 4 years volunteering/fostering for a Bulldog Rescue and with two of my fosters currently dealing with paw/skin issues, I can tell you there's many things it could be. The two fosters paw issues look similar, but are two different things so they must be treated differently. One has Inter-Digital Cysts and MRSA, and the other has Demodex. Both treated differently. Yours could be an allergy, hotspot, anything really. So go to the Vet and depending on where you live, look for a Vet that specializes in Bulldogs. If you're in the Southern California area, I can recommend two of the best.
Secondly, buy your self this stuff I'm going to link. You can use it for all sorts of things: Paw soaks, wrinkle cleaning, treating/cleaning of wounds, etc. This gallon bottle will last you at least a year, where as the 16oz bottle you'd get from a Vet wouldn't and could cost up to twice the price of the gallon. (My apologies for the link length/formatting, I'm in mobile.) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00061MU9W/ref=cm_sw_r_udp_awd_mvV1tb0RC5WN07T7

Even if you can’t this exact type, if you’re able to find wipes with that specific chemical, you’ll be golden.
Also, it’s strongly advisable to avoid anything scented for your pup, in general (but especially with bullies—they are prone to more health issues than other dogs, so anything that can exacerbate those issues should be avoided at all costs). If it’s scented, don’t use it for anything to do with your fur baby.
I don’t know if CAN can get chewy.com orders, but I did find the same wipes on their site.
I’ll answer your question directly instead of just letting the automod remove your post.
I strongly recommend using these wipes instead; idk about those wipes you linked, but I DO know the ones I linked are highly recommended for bullies, especially their face wrinkles and between their toes if they get sores.
Get yourself some of these pads; bulldogs are prone to sores like this, and these wipes are a godsend for bullies. You can even use them in their face wrinkles to help with the irritation.
Something like this might help, especially if she's crate trained and feels secure in small "dens"
Mine does best when I put her crate in the back. Need a good sized suv or van for that though
There's also a great powdered pumpkin you can mix into their food. Works just as well and it's a bit less messy. Before I had my dog's digestive issues looked at - long story, poor nugget has gut-immune issues because of a ton of allergies - it worked nicely for us.

On top of what everyone else has already recommended, try switching Syd’s food to this. Not only has my Winnie’s stool become much more normal (it used to be super wet and soft), but her alopecia improved, and her overall “bulldog issues” cleared up on their own. I cannot recommend this food enough.
I use this stuff on a paper towel. Wipe between the toes every few days at first and see how she does. It's very gentle and in my experience cleans up redness and irritation quickly.
If you do try Epsom salt soaks make sure you dry out all the nooks and crannies in her feet afterwards. Moisture is bad news.
I use sensitive skin baby wipes and spray them with this once or twice a week. Her folds are perfectly healthy
The only toy I've ever bought that made it past the 1 week mark are these Kong Extreme Rings.
Have had one for a couple months, and it is starting to show some decent wear from chewing, but nothing like what we've seen with the other toys, no matter how "durable" they were advertised as. I got one for around $14 and I plan on buying another when the boys finally destroy the current one.
This is what I use: https://www.amazon.com/LUCKYPAW-Breathable-Chewing-Barking-Pitbulls/dp/B08SQS525P/ref=sr_1_59
My girl hates it too.
Qtips really shouldn't be used in dogs' ears.
Mine is also intolerant of manual cleaning and drops. I wait till she's in a deep sleep and quickly slip a full pipette of cleaner into her ear then hold her head and ear still, gotta do it all in one smooth motion :) Massage her ear canal for 30-60 seconds and let her shake it out. It helps if you have another person ready to shove food in their face to distract them! Then an hour or so later on I'll gently wipe her outer ear with a tissue. The flushing and shaking really bring the gunk up so it can be easily wiped away.
This is the one our dermatologist recommended.
Do you guys brush your bullie regularly? If not, I strongly recommend getting a brush like this one; it’ll help cut down all the hair you see around the apartment. Secondly, try changing your pups food to something like this one. It’s got fish oil in the food, and it’ll help with his coat (with the added bonus of helping with any stomach issues he may or may not have). My Winnie has flank alopecia, and that food has helped her, along with excessive shedding. Hope that helps!
I know, they grow way too fast! My dog isn't horrible about it but she doesn't like it and can be difficult sometimes so it's a chore I dread doing every couple weeks.
She does accept dremeling much more than clipping so we do that now, and I tend to do one paw at a time on random days so it's never one big session.
My last dog was HORRIBLE with his nails so it just wasn't possible. Until I bought one of these and suspended him from a pullup bar in a doorway lol. I guess he realized he was powerless and had no choice.
Our boy had really bad allergies as a puppy so our vet put him on this and he has been on it ever since with no issues.

i don’t believe my bully has ever has acne .. but i use these pads to clean all the folds around her eyes/nose area :) Douxo Chlorhexidine PS +... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MDRJZGZ?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share a little pricey but cut them in half when you use them, they last much longer
Wet towel for the face would be fine. I use these wipes on my Bullys paws and privates. You could use this on the pimple but don't over do it. Sure it doesn't taste great when licked.

Haha on the meltdown. Rocky has that well-chewed brown one you have and shows zero interest in it! So far he has chewed the house shingles, the fence, the drip watering system, several plastic flowerpots, and the lawn mower!
He was somewhat interested in a bully stick recently but lost interest, and he does have a nerf dog frisbee shaped like a tire that he loves (loves!) but it’s more of a tugging toy than a chew toy, and requires a human on the other end of it.

I'd personally wait until about a year to give full bully sticks. Stick with filled Kongs. Then, when she's old enough for a bully stick and antlers, make sure it's one recommended for her weight. I would also suggest always supervising chewing on bully sticks or antlers, I personally would not allow even my grown dogs to have them unsupervised. I don't allow them to eat the full one in one session too.
If "puppy energy" is your problem (and boy do I get that!) I suggest mind puzzles, training sessions, and lots of walks. Lots of ways to get that energy out besides just chewing and helps them "self regulate" when they get older so when they're bored they don't immediately go to chewing. /r/puppy101 is a great resource.
Ours LOVES swimming, but sinks like a rock. We got a regular canine life jacket, but it does have an extra float under his neck. It helps keeps his head up, he probably doesn’t need it but I’d rather be safe.
