When we moved in together I threw away all my old t shirts and sweat pants and shorts. No temptations! I usually just sleep naked and keep a silky robe by the bed for making breakfast. I have a few cute short/tank or nightie sets that I wear sometimes though! Especially for lounging around the house on weekends.
I've had pretty good luck with stuff from amazon - the selection is so big and I love online shopping. Just be careful about the sizing (read the reviews) a lot of the more inexpensive stuff is made in Asia and can run small. Here is one I like from Amazon!
I also like Aerie for inexpensive sleepwear. I've gotten some nice items from Nordstrom too.
Seconding Biore, it's one of my favorites!
Another great, affordable option via Amazon is Shiseido Senka Anti-Aging.
Here's a mega-thread on /r/AsianBeauty with a plethora of information.
Something that helped me was realizing that since my eyes are oily, "water"proof mascara does nothing for me. With my eye shape and living in a super humid environment, I stopped wearing bottom lash mascara for a while (!!!) until I fell in love with Heroine Make mascara. It's an Asian brand that DOES. NOT. BUDGE. The only downside for me, is that it is so permanent that if I accidentally touch my contact, it will never come off of it. So proceed with caution! Here is a link to it on Amazon if you're interested in trying it!
For techniques, since switching to that brand I haven't had to use these, but maybe it could be helpful: Carli Bybel actually just made a video with a technique for this!
I was really afraid to thin my hair as well... I don't want thin hair, nor do I want blended ends, because it usually just ends up looking like damage, but I'm actually pretty happy with how it looks. My hair has more swing and movement, and it's actually made it look longer.
My hair used to be that way... I went through an adjustment phase of washing it once a week and that seemed to normalize the oil production. I know they make salicylic acid shampoos, I wonder if that would help? I love Rosemary... I'll have to check that out!
I've tried it with a cheap flat iron to no avail. The few times I've been unable to say no to those mall kiosk ladies with the $200 flat irons and they've put a strand or two of curls in, those always lasted all day as well. It's counter intuitive to me, that a flat iron which smooths the hair would manage to make a long lasting curl... but it's probably worth it to try with a high end flat iron. The only thing I don't like at outset is how little control I feel I'll have over how the curl is shaped, you know? Now that I think about it, the few times I've used a friend's CHI flat iron, it always held... so now I'm looking at these I mean... three sizes for $90 is totally worth a shot I feel.
The names do sound terrible but I personally doubt Redken would make a product that'd damage hair. Here the hairspray is on Amazon! Does UK do Amazon? I have no idea..
I ordered the Redken Guts 10, Thickening Lotion 06, and Beach Envy Volume Texturizing Shampoo. Should deliver on Thursday or Friday, I'll let you know how they perform! Think I'm going to go pick up a CHI flat iron or curling iron tomorrow/Wednesday, let you know how that goes as well.
That's an interesting tip. Where do you get the chlorophyll? Here's what I've learned about anti-aging after obsessing over the topic for the past year:
Maybe try something like these:
I think the concern from the other readers here isn't that you want to satisfy his sexual wants. I want my husband to be satisfied as well! I think the concern is that there's a balance to both your roles - as a protector and provider, he should be taking care of you as well. Meaning use his strength to protect you from harm (painful intercourse or infidelity) as well as providing (pleasurable intercourse) for you. And with that trust, you'll give the same in return. It is a bit troublesome to see that your opinions of men is that they can't go without sex. I married a man, not an animal.
Kind of like this - you would follow him wherever he may go, but he would never go someplace you wouldn't follow.
I've got this one from Amazon-- it's pretty powerful, has a cool setting, and the retractable cord is nice. The cord is pretty short though which is a bit annoying.

I've recently gotten into doing some exercise which consists of cycling and pilates along with weightlifting at home.
For clothes I got a bunch of Under Armour tops-- their fabric is super lightweight and breathable. The tops are looser fitting which works well with leggings. The running shorts are also a good buy.
For leggings and pilates clothes, I've been into Athleta stuff. The "Powervita" fabric is soft and comfortable but still compression-y. And they offer petite sizes which is amazing!
On my wishlist I have these IconX bluetooth headphones, watch the vid on Amazon, they look sooo cool!!
There was a FANTASTIC MSM cream I used to use a long time ago. They changed the formula and it's not as good now, so I stopped using it. I wish I could find one like the original.
Well the body brush I have I purchased it from a boutique a couple of years ago and I have no idea of the brand but it`s similar to this one. I too have tried to keep up with it in the past but it never really stuck although I love doing it, I guess it's because I like to take my time to do it right and on a daily basis can be quite time consuming.
I think hair and nails are always going to be popular beauty goals because they can really elevate your looks, show that you thake care of yourself and they seem to be pretty good indicators of health.
I have thin hair due to PCOS but this shampoo/conditioner CHANGED my hair. It's pricey but I swear I will always find room in our budget to keep using it. Your hair will feel thicker, look more beautiful, and it will appear healthier. It's Vizeri. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00EMHZWNM/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&th=1
Thank you thank you. I need to get my schedule under control so that I feel like I have time to put my hair in curlers (it's a bit of a process).
I hope more people share their photos. I feel like when I wear colors in the proper season, my complexion looks more creamy and delicate (like the curled hair photo) and in the photos with coral or orangey blush I look strangely pale or just off. I think we probably have some members with even more starkly different before and after photos.
BTW, will you be posting some findings on your color season? Or maybe a photo for the weekly challenge? I am so eager to see some of our discussions in action. Talking theory is fun and all, but variety is the spice of life.
I wish I could tell you a perfect mascara, but I don't know of one currently. I'm thinking about just doing an at home eyelash tint since I bought the supplies for it. I use this https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000URYTOQ but it does flake sometimes. Otherwise I've found it's nice and thin and natural. If I want to use a waterproof mascara I apply it really carefully and don't get ones that advertise volume. And I gently "pinch" my eyelashes (without doing anything rough on the eyes) and move up the lashes with my fingers to get the excess stuff off and separate with tweezers if I have to. I could just use an eyelash comb, but it never works well for me.
I am really thinking the tinting and a lift is probably the best option though for color without tons of volume.
