Well, the BeachBody people would say do Gamma, and buy more products! And that's a fine choice I guess, but not one I have the money for.
I decided to start running again. I run 3-4 days a week, and I do Rip't Circuit, Dynamic Core, or Upper Body on days I don't run either because it's raining, or I just need a ground-pounding break.
My kids do gymnastics, so I did buy this pull up bar for them to practice on, and installed it at an appropriate height for them. But I bought that was specifically because it will hold 250 pounds, so I know it's VERY safe for my 35-40 pound children, and I can use it too. I can't actually do a pull up yet, but I have my eyes on the future.
I've been thinking that when winter actually gets here and running in the morning at 30 degrees is uncomfortable, I'll just redo Alpha and Beta again. Then as Spring comes, back to running.
I don't really think it matters what we do, as long as we keep doing something. Eventually I'd like to join a gym and get personal training, but I don't have the time, money, or confidence to be seen in the gym yet.
