First and foremost, a good digital audio recorder is the best tool in your toolkit. In my experience, EVPs are the most convincing and most common type of evidence you can capture. Depending on your budget, the Zoom H1n is a really nice, high quality recorder. It's what I use and I've captured many clear EVPs using it.
As a companion piece, the MelMeter is a really versatile tool for environmental readings. The base model will give you both EMF and temperature in a single device, allowing you to correlate spikes.
I would personally start with these two devices and then consider investing in some video recording equipment as a next step (DVR, full-spectrum cam, etc). I am not personally a fan of things like the SB7 spirit box, the Ovilus, SLS cameras, and the like - they are built around questionable assumptions and are situational in use at best and gimmicky at worst.
Would you have any idea if this will be ok?

Some things you should know are..
You want to record in a lossless file format like .Wav files. Mp3 compresses sound and can result in glitch’s or even remove audio in certain frequencys.
It depends on how much you want to spend, but something in that price range isn’t going to be much better than your cell phone. The preamps (the component that amplifies the sound your mic picks up) are going to be very cheap and have a lot of white noise in them when you try to record at low volumes. They can be excellent for things like lectures and the like, but whispers and such will be a problem.
also, there are the microphones themselves to consider. Which can be very complex as there are many types. The most common are dynamic and condenser. Dynamic mics are more durable and take less power, but are not very sensitive. Condenser mics are VERY sensitive and will pick up quiet sounds, but they are a little more fragile and will eat batteries faster.
If you are going to spend less then 100 pounds (I assume pounds because amazon uk link.) then I would keep using your phone, with one exception on cheap recorders. They are cheap enough to leave in a location and they allow you to keep your phone on your person. and they MAY get less interference from the cellphone.
I’ll post a link of one below that has better preamps and condenser mics. Mics of this type require a bit of learning to use as well, but the quality is outstanding. Also, Black Friday is coming soon, you may want to wait for a good deal.
I hope that helps.
They aren't the best but they aren't the worst. its just nice to have multiple cheaper cameras than one better one. I do recommend a secondary IR light source for each camera though

Edit: you mount them to a block of wood or something and use the software for remote view, and a screen capturing program to then capture the feeds
What kind of camera do you use? I acquired a universal mount for an SLR camera. It works for various digital recorders by Zoom and Tascam.
I used one of these and really liked it for the price: I would definately add an IR extender but hey for 95.00 its worth it
