First of all, in case you've never seen/used it, this was the tool I was talking about
https://www.amazon.com/Finish-Master-Extra-Gaia-Notes/dp/B06W54LPD2
But hmm, if you've already done paint layers with the same type of paint that makes this hard... Impossible, really. Typically what you want to do is, if you're painting the skin as well, paint your skin in whatever type of paint you prefer, then put a protective lacquer gloss coat over it. Then paint the face details over that with something that isn't lacquer. That way you can literally just permanently erase the facial details if you mess up without messing up the skin tone below. But since you've got acrylic details over acrylic skin you can't really clean up since cleaning up would require acrylic thinner which would go through both the facial details and the skin below. Normally under this scenario you would strip the faceplate, redo your skin tone, put on a lacquer gloss, and then redo the face since you can't really clean up details of one type of paint layered on top of the same paint without damaging that lower layer.
So you're kind of between a rock and a hard place here. Only other options if you don't want to ruin the faceplates as-is would be to start again on new faceplates or recast the ones here if you don't have extras.

Other people know the links for importing the more “custom” parts so you’ll have to ask someone else, in other words ‘we can go lewder’
This is what I use with my Lumitea but clear:

As for if the feather attachments will work, I have not tried it but can do so later tonight after work
Got it off amazon, i think its nylon as its not as soft a touch as barbie doll hair. https://www.amazon.ca/15x100cm-Resistant-Different-Colors-023-5pcs-01/dp/B07BKX23ZZ/ref=sr_1_57?crid=22KVP98ECVSQO&keywords=doll+hair&qid=1661735094&sprefix=doll+hair%2Caps%2C130&sr=8-57
it was cheap and good enough visually that I could experiment if I could actually make it work. Since then, I've ordered some saran hair to experiment on next from https://restoredoll.com/
hoping it will be softer and can drape over curved surfaces better so it sits better on top of the MD girl
Aye. Look at the runner list in the manual and you'll see what plastic the parts are made out of. Most of the kit is made out of either PS or ABS with a smattering POM or PVC. The flesh parts are almost always made out of ABS, and it's pretty often that regular plastic cement doesn't work on ABS too well. Some cements work on both PS and ABS like a dream, but many are super spotty or don't work at all. It's HIGHLY recommend that you pick up some cement that's known for either working on ABS specifically or both plastics. Depending on what country you're in though this isn't much of an issue as you can just order a lot of these brands from Amazon or whatever. This knight personally recommends Plastruct Bondene (white bottle) as it works on both plastics perfect well, is easy to get, and relatively cheap.
https://www.amazon.com/Plastruct-00003-Bondene-Cement-Bottle/dp/B004PPGEDI
A bottle of that will keep your ABS needs sated for a long while. There's some other brands out there too incase you can't get this stuff for whatever reason (Plastic Magic, for example).
So at the end of the day it's always a great idea to keep a steady supply of some basic plastic cement like Tamiya super thin, and then some ABS-specific stuff like above. If you have that and then check the plastic types in the manual you'll never really have this issue again.
I have the modeling support goods plastic cloak. There's also a separate side cloak you can get. I really like it. Doesnt fit right if your kit has long hair, but I think the effect it creates is killer.

These are the ones that this knight uses
"Cleaning brush Set (6pcs) by Harder and Steenbeck". You can get them at some other hobby-centric places like Spraygunner and what not if that's more your kind of place to buy from. Absolutely adore these ones. They come in this nice little tube, so keeping them organized is never a problem, and due to how the bristles are situated you're never in danger of scraping the metal core against the inside of the airbrush (which is a quick way to scrap your airbrush).
I’m no expert but this is the one I have which has been great for learning (I used it pretty much exclusively to prime war gaming minis to start, now I’m trying it for gunpla): https://www.amazon.com/Master-Airbrush-Dual-Action-TC-20T-Compressor/dp/B002KSQHB6/ref=zg_bs_8090750011_8?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=PGVHT04TE45NQERGV1MS&th=1
Basically this bundle is to get the nice compressor with the tank and moisture collector and pressure gauge and a handful of accessories. The airbrush included is definitely cheap junk but I liked having it to learn that way I didn’t destroy a more expensive one. I’ve since bought a fancier airbrush but I still use the cheap one for priming and experimenting with different paints.
If you're looking to fix scuffs, I recommend this:
I know it's for nails, but I swear on it. Skip the red side though.
If it's just a practice dummy that needs to be super cheap I suggest Body kun. I bought one by accident the other day and there a decent base for custom paint work. However no seam line removal. Unless your willing to cut a part in half to practice. The prices range from $8-$60. I wanna say the cheaper ones are the factory rejects. Cause the one I got was a POS for $8. AKA the perfect sacrificial lamb.

This is why I hate amazon sometimes. Just look at that pricing.

I recommend this: https://www.amazon.com/Tweezerman-Smooth-Shine-Block-3491-R/dp/B00YRBWOWU/ref=sr_1_34?dchild=1&keywords=tweezerman+sanding&qid=1625978804&sr=8-34
I never use 1, but usually I do 2, 3 and then shine with 4. I works really well. Works on clear resin too.
Yeah, there have been a few that need just a little bit of glue but so far I haven't had to use too much on any particular kit. I use Tamiya thin cement, works perfectly and is made for models! - https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B000BMYWYC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Panel lining is always good! Have you looked into panel washes? WAY faster to use than markers and stupidly easy to clean up. Tamiya's are pretty Goddess-tier and easy to find. This sorta stuff-

A skirt sounds very nice though! If you end up not wanting to make one from scratch you can always look into the Peeco Nemo 1/12th line of clothing. That's what you see a lot of builders use for their clothing most of the time. Great stuff. Can be a bit pricy depending on what it is, but ya get what you pay for pretty much.
What kit is this? I see this on amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Alice-aegis-Agatsuma-kaede-Building/dp/B07D7FY8J9
Is there a different resin kit? Sorry if this is an easy question, I am pretty new to Megami Device.
:D
They're waterslide nail art decals. ( Amazon Link ) , came with four (all the ones shown) varied 6"x 8" sheets. Hoping to use the bears or chicks a little less wildly on a future project.
I now also have an entire huge sheet of dream catchers I have no idea what to do with. I'm cursed with terrible thin nails, so they won't be on me.
Thanks to this stream, I can avoid buying this kit. The entire kit looks like its going to need to be painted to get even remotely close to the promotional art.
Okay, so if I understand you correctly, you shaved off thin slivers of pastel crayons, applied them to the body, and sort of rubbed them in on the model? and you added a tiny amount of red and/or brown to get the darker shaded areas? I've never heard of this technique, but it sounds great. And spray-on top coat works on pastels too? And may I ask, which pastel set do you have? I did a quick search on amazon and didn't see any sets markets "flesh" color. On this item, https://www.amazon.com/Mungyo-Square-Pastel-Assorted-B441R078-7003A/dp/B01HFJJLNU/ref=sr_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=chalk+pastel&qid=1597511617&sr=8-5 , it would be closest to the piece on the second row, 7th color from the left?
Well I think that if you are going for that lily rain look the skirt from Megami Device Chaos & Pretty Magical Girl is perfect as it has the holes for the raptors, or if you are brave enough you can always use some putty to make something decent (wouldn’t really know because I’m terrible at it) Here’s the magical girl Kotobukiya Megami Device Chaos & Pretty Magical Girl Collectible Model Kit https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0793KDFM5/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_GM5eCbXVYMMCW
