It seems they have the first 6 books (publication order), everything except The Last Battle.

There is a game of Narnia. You might be able to find some things to adapt from it. I've never played or read it so I can't say that I know how good it is. There were five books. This is the first one, Return to Deathwater. https://www.amazon.com/Return-Deathwater-Narnia-Solo-Adventures/dp/0425110281/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?crid=GXG3TRH2TY9I&keywords=return+to+deathwater&qid=1667484167&sprefix=return+to+deathwater%2Caps%2C523&sr=8-1
Could this be it? It doesn't have the serpent but it has a large green section on the ship that could be interfering with your memory. https://www.amazon.com/Voyage-Dawn-Treader-C-Lewis/dp/0590405977
Sadly no, but there are two audio adaptations:
Focus on the Family Radio Theatre did a Narnia audio drama series that includes all seven books
Back in the 90s, BBC Radio 4 adapted all seven books as a audio drama series called “Tales of Narnia”. This one is a little hard to find though
Well I get the obvious ones, I just know there’s some juice to every little line I’m probably not getting. Someone sent this link, this was what I was looking for, https://www.amazon.com/dp/019973870X/ref=cm_sw_r_awdo_3W51M9CMGC31FG2Z4QX7_0
So there’s This. It’s a compilation of many narnian early drafts by Lewis oc, not only includes the The Lefay fragment but also early drafts of the Dawn Treader can be found. The book was made by Walter Hooper, Lewis’s literaly advisor.
Also worth checking out “A Book for Narnians” made by the amazing Pauline Baynes the woman who made the art for all seven narnian books and CS Lewis. The book it’s an art book with beautiful arts of narnian characters and little descriptions of them. Here’s a free preview. Hope this helps ;)
I drunk-bought this version last year and I highly recommend it. It's very cheap and looks nice on the shelf. I'm rereading the books for the first time since I was like 10 years old and I'm having a blast. Currently halfway through The Voyage of the Dawn Treader.
It’s the movie companion book! I have a copy myself, here’s the link on Amazon.

I would love a replica of her dagger. I bought a knock-off version of it already.
Except it had a crimson-brown hilt and scabbard instead of grey.
I don’t know about free but you can order it here:

https://www.amazon.com/dp/0060281375/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_JH8eFbZ6GWYXV This one is my personal favorite! I read it 4 times in a row as a child. It is a bit harder to find, and can be a but more expensive depending on where you look. But its truly beautiful!
BBC adaption from the late eighty early nineties. I have seen The Lion the Witch and the wardrobe and the Silver chair but not the other two or don’t remember as I was a child. The Silver Chair has Tom Baker as Puddlegum. .
Got it on amazon. Here is the link.
