Looks good besides one thing, the graphics card. The new 1660ti is just releasing and has the same performance as a 1070ti but at only $275.

Well I bought a 4gb stick of patriot viper 2133mhz ram and later bought another stick for a total of 8gb. It had nice and fast timings at cl14 but the craziest thing was that I was able to overclock both sticks to 3400mhz at 1.3v, maybe I’m just lucky idk. But I always recommend buying cheap ram and just overclocking it in the bios, it’s always worked out for me in the past.
Intel isn’t as ram speed dependent as Ryzen which is what I use, so I would recommend a speed of at least 2666mhz, 8gb minimum.

I would suggest getting a cheaper monitor. I use this and it does just fine at a third of the price of the one you have listed here:
You can get an HDD for $10 cheaper. Can probably get a cheaper keyboard, mouse, and headset that will still do a decent job.
Those should drop your price a decent amount without sacrificing any quality from the actual hardware of your system.
Hope that helps.
