I use Dropbox and you can just right click on a file and generate a public share link, or you can place them in a publicly accessible folder. I'm sure most other services have pretty much the same functionality.
Alternatively, use a free online service like one of those mentioned here, for example.
Excellently put. It's the seamlessness in which intended adaptations occur that seems to define things. I saw this paper on yoga and ideokinesis which might continue the train of thought on your yoga example.
I'm a side sleeper, I use this. It doesn't feel well when I lay on my back though. Too much support.

It's alright. Nothing has ever radically made a difference. I've also used a buckwheat hull pillow. It supported my neck well and easy to adjust to the correct support level. Sometimes I would wake up feeling like I was sleeping on a sandbag though.
