Whenever I start having cramps I drink a glass of salt water and that usually takes care of them.
I also bought this Leg Cramp Cream and it works REALLY well and fast too. It doesn't smell to bad and can work very fast.....like under 10 mins most times. That's usually what I do first and if the cramps come back in that place or another location, I'll cover the spot with some more lotion and then add in the glass of salt water and that usually takes care of it
I would respond with this: "Where did you get that idea? Where does that idea come from?
If you do this, you should actually know the answers to these questions. To do that, I recommend you read "The Big Fat Surprise" by Nina Teicholz.
https://www.amazon.com/Big-Fat-Surprise-Butter-Healthy/dp/1451624425
In addition to reading at least once (I read it twice) you should consider buying a hardcopy so you can use it in your rebuttal. Having it in your possession will make you more credible.
Salt? yes, I'd recomment the following (CELTIC GREY SEA SALT COARSE): https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00GHAYLZM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
If you instead prefer fine salt you can find Redmond Salt on Amazon.
A decade+ of underfunding has put the final nail on the NHS: If something doesn't change (and fast) this country soon will follow the same route of the US; you can already see the raising number of private insurances piling up for the race.. it's El-Dorado from their point of view

Wait til it's not $26 though...
I also have this. Started in May, several months after I went into more strict keto/carnivore. Took ox bile, drank water with 2-3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and added 40g of carbs back in per day (via oatmeal). It cleared up within 48 hour (the itching). The skin scarring was slowly healing over several months.
I stopped the apple cider vinegar, and was fine. Then I stopped drinking coffee (was having 1-3 cups a day) and it started to come back, though not as bad as in May. (Coffee, like apple cider vinegar is acidic, so my guess is that my stomach is not producing enough acid to digest all the extra fat, together with my body not producing enough bile for the fat either). Anyway, not going to eat more than 40g of carbs, ever again, so hoping it completely disappears on its own eventually, as my body adapts.
How are you doing so far?
Well my dad went down the iodine rabbit hole online, long story short he found that we are underdosing iodine, and this guy got his website taken down by the government because he was trying to prove this and sell 25mg pills, I think the rda is like 150 mcg. This is what Im taking LugoTab 25 mg - 180 Tablets https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00MYJQA0O?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
If you dont want to give up coffee, switch to cold water brew (no stomach sensitivity from the acid this way).
You just roughly grind the beans and add water to the pitcher, put in the fridge, and its ready the next day.
Youre supposed to mix 1/3 cup of that strong brew from the pitcher with 2/3 cup water but you do you.
I was drinking this for a while... a year or so. Lots of salt...
I HATE the taste/bitterness of coffee and can only drink it with stevia AND A LOT of cream or half/half.... the dairy give me really bad dry skin issues (as well as some intestinal issues sometimes), so I put up with it for a while, and then switch to this for a while. I've been off both for a bit now to just drink my DIY electrolyte mix. although i prefer a hot drink for the colder months
How long have you been on it? If anything Carnivore should greatly improve your health in every way. I know it has for me. I would expect your BP to go down when you are not eating a ton of sugar.
I do know that in the beginning you are going to be losing a lot of the excess fluids that you were retaining due to the effects of your previous diet. That can cause you to lose a lot of electrolytes and possibly dehydrate you. That may be causing your blood pressure to spike.
Make sure you are getting enough water and you should probably take an electrolyte supplement. This is the one I use: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09P5JXMZL/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&th=1
It has no sugar or carbs.
I start by saying you are not my dog....
Let me explain. Back in 2017 she was diagnosed with EPI. I was tight on cash and could not afford the prescription she normally took. I found this little gem.
There are a lot of reviews from human people that helped me decide to try it. It worked for her. Now the prescription is better (for her). Every system and person is different and react differently.
Have a look at the product, the ingredients, and check the reviews.
Hopefully I'm not breaking the rules with a link. If so, let me know
Best.
If you have seb derm, likely, daily washing will help. Use something like baby shampoo. I found the "dandruff" shampoos did not really help my scalp and they left my hair like straw. Cradle cap is seb derm in babies, baby shampoo daily may help quite a bit. Also check out r/SebDerm and consider a scalp massager to use when you shampoo
You can try mixing liver with hamburger once a week.. it tastes quite different. Also check out this producton Amazon.
I used this prdouct. It helped me get straightened out. I still used it a few times per week. Read the reviews. It's amazingly effective:
https://www.amazon.com/ION-Digestive-Strengthens-Alleviates-Sensitivity/dp/B07YMNYX5Y
I use this product to keep things moving. I used pretty regularly at first. Now, 4 yrs in, I use it about 3 or 4 times a week or regularly when I think I need some help. Read th reviews:
Avacado and cucumber have a lot of things in them that will irritate the crap out of your gut... lettuce is much gentler and doesn't have much of anything in it. I don't do veg either... not at all. I think we're just not built for them. But sometimes you have to moderate your approach.
Have you tried supplementing with gut focused products? I used this product called ION (used to be called RESTORE) when I had gut issues. I still use it when I feel like a need a little help. It works in an almost miraculous way. Read the reviews:
If I suffered from your issues, I'd add a product called ION Gut Supplement. I've used it with great success. It has amazing restorative powers. Read the reviews. Here's a link:
I ordered this a while ago, like probably around a year ago. I'm just finishing up what I have left and then I'll look into purchasing a supplement that has only magnesium if possible since I'm pretty sure I get enough zinc and vitamin B6 from this diet
This is the one I've been using for about 3 years. Do NOT use the whole dosage when you begin. Start with 5 drops and work up.
Here's a link to the brand of pans I've ended up getting. I have a smaller 8" pan as well as a 12.5" pan. I've been using them constantly for the last few years, they season over time though you can speed that process along, but just using the pans will do it. Mine look like they belong in a commercial kitchen now. I love them. :-)

How about something like this? A multivitamin but it technically has “fruit” in it?
Have you ever tried this product? It helped me and my bff a lot with my gut issues. I still use it most mornings. Sorry for the long link. It's amazon.
These are pricey, but very good.

This is the one I purchased and it seems quality - on the ingredients it lists nothing but grass fed leg bone extract and salt. I know everyone on this sub always suggests making your own but like yourself I don't yet have the time or space to do that, so a tub of premade stuff is really helpful. The one I linked comes very thick and sticky which I think is a good sign of the quality.
I'm just starting out as well and active. I'm taking the supplements below. At some point I may not need them, but I'm not ready to eat the organs yet. And being active, I want to make sure I have everything I need.

I was taking heart and soil but they use FedEx ground and or USPS. Mainly FedEx ground and they’re horrible. It was taking two weeks to get my shipment from Wisconsin to California. Also once they lost my package after waiting two weeks. So a month later I finally got my order
I switched to Ancestral and buy turn off Amazon. They’re delivered to me next day or in two days. I take the grass fed beef organs and the Optimization Mofo. Both great products, especially the Mofo. I make sure I never run out to keep my energy and testosterone levels up
I also tried Optimal Carnivore, their 9 organs supplement. Bought two bottles but they pricey. Optimal Carnivore also has a just grass fed beer liver supplement that’s 30 bucks on Amazon. Think it might be your best option.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08G8WYW5R/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 bought these recently as it had some good reviews, see what happens. What brand of bone marrow supplements do you use?
I have other chronic virus issues and found a lot of relief with carnivore diet and with therapies recommended in Thomas Levy's book.
I also use Ancestral supplements that I get off of Amazon. They have a bunch of different ones but here is a link to their liver.

I follow the contemporary carnivore diet.
I am lucky in the fact I can be strict carnivore. Then go out with friends and have a Sunday Lunch and Apple Crumble and it doesn't effect me. It only hits me if I cheat for a couple of days in a row.
If you have specific goals or metabolic issues then you need to be stricter.
