Nah. You don't really see high end cymbals going on sale too often. Better to watch the price of copper if you are looking to find cymbals on the cheap.

There are websites that can be useful for price tracking. Personally I use CamelCamelCamel to tack prices on Amazon, but that might not be relevant in Dubai...

However, even if they were available I would HIGHLY recommend you check out the Dream Ignition cymbal set instead. For the same price range you'll get cymbals of a definite higher quality.
