I've got an Amazon Auto or whatever they call the little Alexa in there. She's dumb as a rock, but she's a bluetooth receiver and you can give her instructions. But if you didn't use her to start the music, she's unaware of it, so she can't pause or skip a track. You gotta memorize the names of your Spotify playlists. And, if it's a list you follow, and it has a name she can't understand, you might have to copy/rename it.
She's also horrible at being able to understand "Alexa play Soma FM Drone Zone" but she'll play it if you say "Alexa play Drone Zone radio."
Sometimes she forgets that Spotify exists, or forgets you can favorite things there ("Alexa thumbs up") so I have a Palovue Linkflow, in box, unopened, in my backpack. I bought it when she had forgotten Spotify for a long time. It would still function as a bluetooth dongle, but the simplicity of the Palovue is pretty swank.
And despite what the Amazon images show for the Palovue, that cord is about six inches long and comes with about a foot long (braided) extension.
You can get a combined FM & DAB booster , I found the quality of the audio so poor on DAB anyway I just went over to using streaming radio services on my phone.
You want to get something called sew foam and glue matching material to exposed side of the foam leaving the side with film opposite of the cloth face. Then trim it to the proper shape and size and glue back in with superglue being careful not to get glue outside the hole. As an upholsterer I’d say that’s probably the best thing to do without making a cover. https://www.amazon.com/BayTrim-Foam-Padding-Scrim-Backing/dp/B07CT5VW92?source=ps-sl-shoppingads-lpcontext&ref_=fplfs&psc=1&smid=ALZMJ2FXJYTI8&th=1
Yes and I love them.
For reference I have a 2018 Fiat 500, so it may be different. I was able to run the charging cable through the headliner, down the passenger side "A" pillar and down into the glove box. There is a USB charging port in the glove box that turns off and on when the key is turned. It works perfect, there are no cables dangling anywhere.
The model I had is no longer in production, but I am testing out a new one. I'm not sure I'd recommend it just yet because it is so new to me, but if you wanted to know, here it is:
2022 Upgraded 4K 2160P Front and Cabin Dual FHD 1080P Dash Cam Built in WiFi for Cars Taxi, 24H Parking Monitor, Infrared Night Vision, G-Sensor, 2.0" LCD Loop Recording Car Camera, Support 512GB Max https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07QDYZM75/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_H0D3T5BCWKG4CP5FE8HQ?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I've used these universal ones on quite a few cars in the past, not sure how well they'd work with rubber mats though.
Buenas! Comprado un bluetooth receiver por usar en el puerto auxiliary. Algo como esto:
disculpe mi español imperfecto
I’ve been using a cable like this for a while with no issues.

They fall out sometimes but if you push them into the gap they stay. Also PSA they do fade in direct sunlight they fade to a like whiteish pink. The wiring is confusing but I've redone it about 4 times now and finally like it I might buy another set that is longer because I can do more of my car that way.

I’ve got this on my wishlist CravenSpeed Platypus License Plate Mount Compatible with Fiat 500 Abarth | 2008-2022 | No Drilling | Installs in Seconds | Made of Stainless Steel & Aluminum | Made in USA https://www.amazon.com/dp/B008Y2R28O/
I use this without issue for my 2012 Fiat 500 Abarth!
I use this: https://www.amazon.com/Firefly-Bluetooth-Receiver-Smallest-Streaming/dp/B01HDO66NK/
Since my phone already has Google Assistant, I didn't need all the extra stuff from Amazon. Works great so far ;)
I have a 2013, and what it says in the manual is that they have to be mp3 format, and not in a folder, so no streaming music. And Blue & Me from that point in time, doesn't support music over Bluetooth. However, I found a work around. I bought an Echo Auto from Amazon, plugged it into the USB, and now I'm able to stream anything from my phone that I want, via the Bluetooth connection. Just turn on the Echo, switch to aux, and play away. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07VTK654B Well worth the $15.

In my 2012, inside the glove box, there is a USB charging port like you mentioned right next to the AUX in. I bought this. While it looks like the cord is long, that's just an extension. The cord is 6 inches, so it works perfectly.

I use one of the Belkin Cup Holder phone mounts. Works great and keeps my phone out of the way but close to the usb port. I've used it with iPhone se, Huawei P30 and Pixel 4a all held fine, no problem.

I’m having a problem where the backup cam isn’t coming on automatically, going to work with boss to figure it out
I installed an aftermarket android stereo and had the blinking odometer but was able to solve it by doing a proxi alignment myself
I'm not sure what a 58 plate means without googling it, but I have a 2012 and the Blue-and-Me doesn't do music, only phonecalls, which is not at all what I want in the car.
I've got a Palovue whatever that plugs inito the usb and aux in the glove compartment that I use for music. I did have a Alexa Auto but that this didn't work about 10% of the time, which is a much larger percent that you'd think when you actually would like to have everything work fine.
Easiest fix ever! Wobble Bolts. I've been using them for 8 years. Summer wheels are 4x98, winter wheels are 4x100. Never a bit of trouble. Below is just an example

Here are the speakers I bought:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000230LC2/ref=ppx\_yo\_dt\_b\_asin\_title\_o01\_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
(I got that one because a video I watched on how to replace speakers in a Fiat linked to it lol but the video did know explain how to actually wire it up! ugh)
Thanks for your reply! As a complete newbie when it comes to cars, unfortunately, I'm not certain what you mean.
Here is a link to the seatbelt I'd like to get and don't know if it can be used in the front seat.
I started using an Alexa Auto, but that thing is buggy and while you can use it as a bluetooth receiver even when she can't sort herself out, what I have moved onto is this:
However, the one I have the cord is only about 10 cm long and it works perfect in the glove compartment in my 2012 500.
I have the Bose not Bosch. So I'm not sure on the specifics of that.
Scosche is the way to go if you like magnets

If your phone supports wireless charging. These are great and worth the price. I have 4 of them. Come in two versions CD mount or Window/Dash mount. I use dash mount with my Fiat 500. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07X4YDKTF/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_BPCYFMBDXS93JQNHEZCX?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
This is the exact one I have. Super cheap, connects automatically, turns on/off with the car, quality is just as good if not better than the AUX. :) https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07S3TTNPM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Could you send me a picture so I can see what I should be looking for?

If you mean these bits you can drill the spot welds out with one of these . The only problem is if you want to refit the rear seats you'll have to weld them back in
JVC CS-J620 are what I fitted, but any 6½ inch will fit providing they're not bass drivers as they have larger and deeper magnets

We have a 2009 1.2 and it didn't come with an aux connector so I bought a bluetooth FM transmitter which allowed me to play music via my phone into the cars speakers. I think my 12V socket was damaged or the connector for the transmitter was too small for the socket so I put cardboard around it with tap to make it fit and it works great.
This is the link for the FM transmitter which I have. It's called the Sumind FM Transmitter:
