I ended up with the Selle SMP Trek, but I looked at several at the bike shop near me.
I bought a little adapter for the TV that allows me to connect headphone via Bluetooth. So now I turn down treadmill volume and listen to TV via headphone. Pretty happy with this. Minimal treadmill noise.
Something similar to this:
I think there's a newer version of this. All my life I bought middle of the road routers. We got new big house, 2019. Wifi sucked. Wife WFH constant complaining. I'm an IT guy. "I'll fix this baby!" Bought a mesh, the Linksys brand whatever that was called. Still sucked. She called her IT Dept for help. They said "Sorry w don't support mesh..." Oh FFS. Finally said fuck it I am going to spend real money on a router for once in my life.
I paid $250 for it. Price is coming down as I assume this is going to be replaced with a new model here soon. It says "2500" sq feet but it's in the middle of my house and blankets everything, backyard, entire lot, my next door neighbor . I can even reach this from my neighbors house across the street. Thankfully it fades out at right about his front door. :D
I’ve gone from the Iberian series to the Swiss Alps, then the Costa Rica 5k and now halfway the 10k and queuing the half marathon series when I’m done.
They are all great, but the point is that I recovered from a spine fusion and went from nothing, to running 8 miles (so far) no problem, with the great help of 2 items:
Specialized running shoes: Asics kayano 28 (they correct my overpronation).
Knee braces: my condition messed up my posture, and as a result my right knee/tibia hurt if I do stuff like running too fast on a high incline.
I tried a few knee braces and THIS one literally made night and day difference: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07MBR34MJ?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&ref_=cm_sw_r_cp_ud_dp_F13J6DXDJWDXWP5W17VH
Worth giving a try if your knees hurt.

Samsung watch won't work because it does not broadcast to bluetooth, at least not without an app. I have seen some apps advertised for this but haven't tried them and they don't get good ratings. Like this one: https://galaxy.store/2o51v4r1p
I purchased an inexpensive armband HR that seems to work well: https://www.amazon.com/CooSpo-Bluetooth-Monitor-Armband-Waterproof/dp/B085SYSD3P/ref=pd\_lpo\_1?pd\_rd\_i=B085SYSD3P&psc=1
THere are many like this that are functional and comfortable. I took a chance on this one and find it is light, comfortable, and seems accurate when worn on my upper arm (S22i) https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B097NYKJSJ/ref=ppx\_yo\_dt\_b\_asin\_title\_o02\_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I've had this generic one since December and it pairs with my S22i bike perfectly. Seems pretty accurate, too.

Any Bluetooth HR rate monitor would work just fine. From my experience- this one is great:
CooSpo Heart Rate Monitor,Armband Heart Rate Monitor with HR Zone Heart Rate Variability,Bluetooth4.0 & ANT+ Dual HRM Optical HR Monitor with IP67 for Peloton Strava Zwift DDP Yoga https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B097XSYHLW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_ERB1W8HM8H9BS2FWSRGZ?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I have purchased two of these and they connect flawlessly to all of my equipment that read Bluetooth heart rate. Great deal in my opinion. I like these better since I can slip it on my arm rather than the chest.
Also I bought two as a his/ hers...I get too sweaty to share apparently.

I got one that was similar to this:
https://smile.amazon.com/TAOTRONIC-Professional-Massager-Percussion-Handheld/dp/B09B6T1L4R
The one I got I is discontinued. I also know this particular company was also banned by Amazon for paid reviews.
but... it is actually a really good gun, rechargeable and very powerful. It's also very similar to the one in the iFit workouts.
I would suggest searching Amazon and looking around. The link I gave is NOT shipped from Amazon, which is always a red flag for me. I paid about $100 with taxes and free shipping.
Generally all the guns are made the same by the same company and distributors just stick their name on them.
I recently got this Polar H10 to use with my treadmill and I like it so far. My Fitbit shows within 5 bpm difference usually
A number of years ago, I bought a seat for my road bike. Since I haven't used it in a while, I put that seat on my ProForm - wow! huge difference! I am not in agony any longer. This is the seat I have https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JH3DL98/ref=ppx\_yo\_dt\_b\_search\_asin\_title?ie=UTF8&th=1
I replaced my seat for this reason. The one it came with was awful. Any standard bike seat will fit. There are tons of choices on amazon.com. I got this one and it's very comfortable, well built and inexpensive. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07X2QPQGB/
Welp.... looks like I'm buying an exercise bike. Thanks for the heads up! Also, since it's through Amazon I get 5% back using my amazon credit card.
Also, here's a direct link to the bike with no affiliate links: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07TGQZGGZ/
Of course! I bought this Bikeroo seat. They have ones that are bigger as well. But I’ve really enjoyed this one. I can go for ages on it no problem.

Haha they seem to have only 10 songs licensed. You can stream Spotify with a cable (turn off music on tablet) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07P5Q8SC1/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I went with this one. https://www.amazon.com/Yoleo-Replacement-Accessories-Universal-Waterproof/dp/B07CG8VJML/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=B07CG8VJML&qid=1607556175&sr=8-1
I had zero experience and knew that the original seat could be improved upon. I really like the new seat. I've been using it for two months now.
I replaced my seat with this one. Reasonably priced and quick shipping. Only 2 rides in on the seat but doesn’t hurt like the original.
