We're 58°F here. Been down below freezing most nights. Living here has its advantages. Stay warm.
If that one always has triplets, does that mean you're going to keep all of the ewes she gives birth to, or does such a trait not pass on?
I've used it internally for years.. ...both with my animals and myself. It's no 'cure' for 'everything'.. ..esp worms, but it's a great reducer and addresses a whole host of things, and definitely helps to lessen worms.
Again, check out /r/diatomaceousearth .. the first ~5 links. Not the most 'reputable' of sites, but it pretty much sums it up. 20 minutes tops to read all of those. Just gotta make sure you're using food grade d.e. But, it has a lot more use than just 'external'. Obviously not at the same time as other drugs.. ...due to its binding properties, but separated by about an hour? and, pref an hour before taking anything else.. ..I've been extremely impressed for >1.5 years. On d.e. alone, the worms I've seen in animal stool compelled me to get checked for worms and deworm. Was really 'surprised' on that one.
Here's the seller I usually buy from. .. I take it everyday and nothing over the past 18 months has suggested to me that I won't most likely continue to do so 'every day' for the rest of my life (a few random breaks here & there aside, of course). The 'manufacturer' also sells it on their site for $19.99 w/ free shipping from time to time... but I have Amazon Prime so... ...I haven't done it, I just buy the bags individually, but if I had more and/or larger animals, this seller drops it down from '$22/bag' to $11.66/bag. When my current bag runs out, I'll probably just go ahead and buy that... ..it isn't like it goes bad if it's stored properly.
Anyway, you may want to give it a shot, it certainly isn't expensive and may provide a good first line of defense.. ..as well, limit other 'issues' as well?
