With the upper sleeve in upside down stuck to the emitter you're going to have to just work on it until it comes loose. If you're worried about breaking something you could order something like this Rubber Strap Wrench set on Amazon.

When you reinstall the upper and lower sleeves make sure that the thick bands are pointing towards the center of the hilt / towards the switch. Then if you ever want to swap the crystal in the future you leave the emitter and the pommel on and just unscrew the sleeves. There is enough play for you to take the switch halves off and remove the Kyber crystal.

Replacement power cables are 1.25mm "JST" or "PICO BLADE" connectors. The wire should be 150mm in length. Below are unaffiliated links to a couple examples, but please note that the red and black wires are reversed. This means you'd either need to solder the wires in backwards, or you would need to swap the pins on the connectors.

I bought a block of green foam from the flower arrangement section of Hobby Lobby to go in it, I had to cut it to size and scoop out a dip so the saber would nestle in there and not roll off, and draped a thin layer of black velvet cloth over it.

To hold your hilt securely and put padding around it. That way blades in long pouch, hilt disconnected, makes it smaller.

Let me get you an amazon link to the one I found. It is 13" where most are shorter. This fits the whole Savi hilt in the pouch and has a buckle secured top for full protection. It's not coming out. I've flown to Japan, Europe, and back again using this. No issues.
