That big yellow thing is called a flasher, that controls the turn signals and costs about $3 to replace. The silver version of that on the opposite corner is for hazards. If I were you I would just replace all the fuses, you can get an assortment kit of them from amazon for like $10

forgot to mention you'll need a set of these for the inner bolts ... they are a Torx ... but a socket Torx ... thought I'd bring it up before you tore it all down and needed tools, lol (been there)
