The headphones that come with it are pretty decent, nothing like the Index obviously, but better than I expected.
The microphone is awful though…”two tin cans and a string” awful. You can use it for talking to other players in a game and it will do the job but don’t even think of using it to record your voice.
I bought the Logitech G333 VR headphones from Amazon for my Pimax 8K X while I was waiting for the DMAS headphones to become available and found them to work really well and the Mic was surprisingly decent too.
I'm using this workaround. The Aero's power cable is connected to this remote controlled electrical switch plug.
If you have an Android Phone you can use "https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jeroen1602.lighthouse_pm&hl=de&gl=US" to turn them on and off. That's what i do.
I purchased this 4‐pack of smart receptacles for $26: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07RCNB2L3/ref=cm_sw_r_awdo_navT_g_dl_H5NG1T6H14H7Q1AP9M7J
I connected it to my Alexa and just use voice commands to turn on and off. You can also use their app if you don't have Amazon smart speaker. I have 3 base stations, and I use the fourth plug to power the Vajro headset. This way I can turn it all on as a group.
And I just bought a $15 set of switched outlets with a remote to just turn the base stations and headset on/off….the set came with 3 plugs and a remote to control all 3. The headset has no on/off switch so I would have needed that anyhow. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01NASZ0UM/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_G9TZACBQEGQDE6SVW89P?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
