I replied :
There are more ways to get to the finishline.
One should never depend on only one source, to avoid disappointments.
Sure it is inconvenient for external users, but I can still witch my own media at all times.
( there even runs a ancient https://airvideo.app/ server in a VM, so some not so techsavy users can use their iPad remotely )
