there is also AirTM, it seems to be exactly what you need, just be aware of their fees and decide if he/she can use it and it's worth it
also, AirTM website is blocked in Venezuela, to access it they will need to read this (it's written in spanish and the instructions are really simple)
edit: forgot to mention, AirTM exchange rate will probably be lower than on other places, but it's secure and usually very fast, that's the trade
