Check out my All in One - System Rescue Toolkit. I can't say it's the best, but I use it daily since I am the creator. Works with XP/Vista/7/8/10 (Home & Pro), Server 2003/2008/2012, Linux, and newer Macs. It has been my go-to tool in my field service work since 2012. If I find I am missing something in the field, I add it in the next version!
It has a Windows Autorun as well as a live boot CD environment with essential repair software and minimal bloat! It is also legally able to be used in our trade as all software is screened by me reading EULAs and making sure that there are no "personal use only" programs. Most of the discs out there are not legal for use as a repair technician.
Lack of enforcement doesn't mean not to do the right thing. :)
