Not exactly one-tap, but simply sharing a webpage with the app should be enough - so still pretty convenient:
This is based on youtube-dl, which (unlike its name suggests) supports downloading from hundreds of video platforms.
Funny enough, because of the Google Play ToS, you can use it to download videos from any site but YouTube.
