I remember reading about https://www.bluejeans.com/ supporting integration of any other Video conferencing under the sun. Besides early adverts were really funny but removed from the YouTube since then.
Automod apparently removed my other comment for URL shorteners. Definitely Blurjeans based on the promo shots on their website.
I used it years and years ago - it was much smoother than using Lync (the predecessor to MS Teams). I've also got customers that use another competitor called BlueJeans
I've used loads over the years because I've remote worked for 9 years.
It’s just another service to host meetings and stuff. Not sure why they chose it over the alternatives. It’s been pretty nice though because you can join the meeting using the BlueJeans app or just call into it by calling a dedicated phone number
Yes, it's definitely them. Email is fb.com and yes, they use bluejeans. I mean... https://www.bluejeans.com/resources/customer-story/facebook
All the reps I ever dealt with were in Austin. They can only talk to you for 30 min and then they talk to another client. They do that all day and usually have no clue what's your business is all about. And before they are finally able to look at your account, it literally takes 2 SESSIONS. I remember talking to a rep maybe 4 times last year, at first, I found her pretty nice (I literally had a rep before that was 1.5 hour LATE, wouldn't even apologize about it and would just randomly call me 1.5 hour after our scheduled meeting. Ridiculous. I even ended up giving her an awful review when they sent out a survey. Hope she got fired. She was literally the worst rep ever.) and then I realized that all her advice were applied to ALL the accounts she was managing. Not to mention any optimization she would recommend was absolutely useless. My client absolutely wanted some advice from FB because he still thinks that it's worth it. So he keeps talking to them and ask me to create some campaigns that get terrible results. I am not even sure why he keeps talking to them. Anyways, I haven't been talking to a rep in almost a year now. They are still useful when you have some products that were disapproved in catalogs though!
You’re looking for some kind of vc bridge, I have heard blue jeans does it well

Though I suspect your gonna trade-in the simplicity of your current system for it.
Microsoft is collaborating with others for their Teams vc ecosystem to have some limited interop.
I suggest doing a group Skype call, or using BlueJeans, as I feel it is a little bit more friendly wit the group chat option so you can play when others are sleeping if time zones are an issue.
As for character set up, first discuss with everyone else in your party so that you don't end up with 5 wizards. if its the sheets themselves that you are having an issue with, I suggest you keep at the Googling, as different explanation can help in that regard.
Best of luck on your adventures!
