My recommendation to someone that isn't currently taking an anatomy course is to first, find a great YouTube channel that teaches anatomy and take notes while you're watching and, second (optional but a very good idea), is to find a good 3D anatomy program since you won't be attending a lab. Anatomy is so visual that without seeing the three-dimensional relationships between structures might become overwhelming. Don't get overwhelmed or frustrated! Anatomy is fun! Don't memorize stuff - think about their patterns and relationships.
For YouTube videos I recommend the Noted Anatomist. Maybe even better for a beginner are some movies that are free to access from a former professor of mine. Make sure to skip the lecture presentations and just look at the movies at the bottom. For 3D Anatomy software I recommend Complete Anatomy
