I found Edison mail much versatile and smart than Outlook
With the time there will be no Microsoft services on your phone, the competition on services it's too good, Nadella just blow it away big time
I have tried different iOS email apps because I love to swipe. Apple Mail has terrible swipe options and sometimes doesn't sync for my accounts.
On my iPad and iPhone I use Edison Mail. According to their website: "Privacy First. Always.
Edison Mail was created with a promise of being free of ad-targeting. No privacy-invading ad trackers are allowed into Edison Mail, and our app automatically blocks all read receipts from tracking your emails."
I also absolutely love the package tracking feature, because on days off I am notified when packages are left (sometimes outside!) I also like unsubscribing from the top of the email.
It now seems to be available for Mac, too, so I will try it out. I also use AirMail due to an eye that has a cataract. While I use Fastmail for my apple ID, I cannot stand the iOS client. The icons and font are too small for someone with failing vision. I also liked Bluemail, with its wonderful search function, but otherwise it was very basic.
I don't own any iOS devices. I tried looking through the app store, but that thing is barely usable from a browser. Looks like you picked one of the least offenders.
One problem I see is that canary appears to be not located anywhere. And their website looks exactly like https://mail.edison.tech/ (they are terrible in terms of privacy). Even both the support forums look identical.
