Sublime Text - Text editor that I use for programming.
KeepingYouAwake - A great clone of caffeine.
Flycut - Open source clipboard manager.
I've been using Flycut on macOS for years. Similar concept but works everywhere. Its such a huge productivity tool. I always try to get my coworkers to learn to use it, but there are always a few that just don't want to...
If you are on mac, I recommend flycut. It's not an atom package but it does what your describing and system wide too. You assign a global shortcut to cycle through your copy history and then you can paste it in any order.
